Christmas came and went. No package. Ordered in what should have been plenty of time according to their website and shipping I paid for. Took 2 days to get a tracking number. Another 4 days for them to drop it off at the shipper. When I was finally able to get tracking info, it said a delivery date of December 31rst. Checked tracking this morning. Tracking says it is in another state. Has not been transferred to USPS for final delivery yet. I guess that means it won't arrive today either, much less in time for Christmas.

I have personally worked in customer service almost 15 years and have a lot of patience and understanding but this company’s customer service is terrible!!! Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them ! Being in the lgbt community myself as this company advertises that they sell merch to represent us, I have to say I’m disappointed! i paid extra and I even ordered an item their website said “ships fast” it was just a mug i had paid for priority shipping guaranteed by Christmas and still received my order almost two weeks late for my secret Santa gift! I never received any kind of apology upon politely emailing back and fourth trying to get somewhere or some explanation , my final email was not as nice and it was like talking robot through their customer service and then they ghosted me!! Unsubscribed and I will not be purchasing here again! Don’t say I didn’t try to warn you! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing - my experience is very similar. Terrible quality printing, tiny size and took weeks to arrive and so missed Christmas. Gutted that I wasted $40 on something that is too poorly made to even give as a late Christmas gift. Buyer beware.

Had to remind them about my order. Once I inquired why my order hasn't shipped 8 business days after ordering, I conveniently received an email saying it was shipped but tracking information wasn't available for another few days. To me, that says 'whoops, we dropped the ball on this one so lets send the shipping confirmation before actually sending the items.' Order showed up 3+ weeks later. I ordered women's one-size-fits-all socks and they fit my men's size 13 feet. Emailed them asking if I accidentally ordered the mens and 6 days later they responded saying men's and women's socks are the same size. This company is rather unorganized and unreliable from my point of view.

No updated shipping until Christmas Eve. Won’t arrive until the 28th. Huge regret. No response from company yet they update their social media. Buyer beware.

Ordered socks for Christmas gift. They say 1-2 day processing/shipping. After 7 days, I asked about the order. They said they would get back to me. After 4 days no response. Finally, told it was not yet processed on "chat line". Very unprofessional, do not use this company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order 10 days ago, they happily took my money, but never shipped my order. I contacted customer service and was told they could email the warehouse and have my order sent out immediately. Never received a shipping confirmation so contacted customer service again, and was told the best thing to do would be to cancel, as these will not be available in time for Christmas. I was then told it would take 5-10 days to issue a refund. What a ridiculous company and the absolute worst customer service I've encountered to date.
