I am still waiting for an update on my order when it said it would ship in 3 days. They will give you the canned response of delays due to COVID but yet they will continue to take more orders.

I’ve emailed the customer service 3 times over the past 4 days about an order I placed two weeks ago. There has been no help whatsoever and they took over $90 and ran from what it seems like. Very unfortunate business dealings and I would not recommend them. UPDATE: The masks arrived after I kept emailing asking for updates. They sent me a tracking link and it came shortly after. The masks are absolutely HORRIBLE. They are sewn badly and very unevenly. The inner mask is sized significantly differently from the outer mask and the designs are indiscernible. When I ordered the masks, the website claimed everything is handmade, but I believe I received cheaply-made, mass-produced products from a machine. The handmade claim has since been removed from the site. There are strings coming off of the masks and they smell like chemicals. I won't order from them again for anything.

I am still waiting for my order to be shipped. I have emailed customer service, but have not received anything. Not even a notification it shipped. It says 2-3 business days to ship. It has been a month since I placed ordered.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on 4/9 for my son's birthday on 5/1. They took my money and sent a confirmation that my order would be fulfilled and shipped in 3 days. On 4/24, I inquired about my order because I never received my shipping confirmation. The "customer service" rep (Delphia), told me no orders would be filled until 5/1. Then her manager, Suzi, said they sent an email that no orders would b filled on 4/17. Obviously, I as a paying customer was never sent that email. They already had my money, so who cares, I guess. But that was already 8 days after my order. It should have been done already by then. I am waiting to hear from someone who actually cares about customer service to do something about this. Don't do business with them. There are so many small businesses you can support who will treat you right. This is NOT one of them!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been trying to buy from smaller companies during this pandemic. So I ordered 2 women's tees size 2XL. Ordered a size up in case they run small and when they came I was appalled!! They looked a medium kids tshirt. After doing some investigation I see that look human considers US size 8/10 to be a 1XL and 2XL. COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Cheap trash!! Wish I had researched before purchasing. The 2xl is a size small. I'm regularly a size medium and the 2xl WOMEN'S didn't fit over my elbow. The print is cheaply done. Complete garbage. Buyer beware!!

Waited about 3 weeks for an item that never came. They took my money immediately but can't put ONE shirt in a box. Grossly incompetent and horrible with timelines.

DO NOT buy from this company. Seriously. I hardly ever leave reviews but this company is a scam. I purchased a gift from them and they never sent me any notification that the order was processing or that it had been shipped (they said it would ship within 1-2 days... that’s a joke). It took several emails from me to even get anyone from this terrible company to respond and I finally demanded a refund because I just didn’t want them to have my money. PLEASE spend your money somewhere else, they don’t deserve it.
