The company is really amazing and understanding. Had good experience with the company. I only use lookah products. I tried most companies and I believe lookah is the best! Prices are reasonable. Love them!!!

Prices are great and customer service is very helpful! I love my lookah products!

The customer service from them is very responsive. As long as it's been within three months and you have your proof of purchases they will happily replace your product. I have a personal issue where I can't really spend the extra money for a coupon shipping reimbursement and they offered for me to choose a battery as a replacement which I think is amazing. They are replacing my Q7 that the lid broke but I love the product so much.

I had a faulty q7 and lookah responded back quickly and verified issue had me send it back then offered to refund money for return and sending a replacement with a free 510 battery thank you lookah

Even when my order was lost lookah reached out to me and helped resolve the issue, I have always been a huge fan of their dab pens and products they last for many years.

I love my ice cream! Works great!

Excellent products with my favorite being the Ice Cream for dry herb vaporizing. Good sized chamber, easy to use, easy cleaning, and a palatable price point. I like this product so much that I now have several. Thanks Lookah!

Very prompt easy to order and enjoy best hand held units available for the money
