I bought my Seahorse 2.0 black from a dispensary. Device only lasted for 1 month The manufacturer is offering to replace because of the 3 month warranty. Hopefully I’ll be satisfied in the end If you like dab pens etc shop with Lookah Hopefully shipping and returning is on their expense.

I LOVE LOOKAH!!! My husband and I have the seahorse and swordfish! Both are amazing and have a warranty with the manufacture for 90 days! I broke my swordfish and they replaced it for free! They communicate so fast and really care about customer satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone who thinks that peaks or rigs are scary. A great way to consume and have more control of the consumption!

Lookah has a 3 month warranty if you have the receipt still. I had bought a faulted guitar battery from a vape shop and they immediately responded back to me and is replacing the faulted battery for me!

To my surprise I reached out to lookah customer support and they offered to send me a new battery so long as I returned my old one which was amazing as I no longer had my receipt! I bought one of these bear batteries at my local store and it broke within 2 weeks. Was so disappointed and thought it was going to be a hassle to return it especially without having the receipt but no Lookah made it so easy... I have a Lookah Seahorse Pro Plus. I loved it but it stopped working. Lookah was able to give a replacement even though I didn't have a receipt. They were very helpful and I'm looking at getting a Turtle.
