Good afternoon, Location at Monroe, LA I ordered lunch from you all on today. It was an online order that consisted of 6 orders. Once I arrived to restaurant to pick up orders. The wait time was about 30 minutes. I was understanding because it was during lunch hour, so I understood if it took some time to prepare all the orders. The staff were polite as they can be, however during my wait time I was not offered any water or drink while I waited patiently. (wasnt expecting anything free). Once all my orders were ready, 1 order was placed in big brown bag and the others were not. I had to request for another brown bag to place my other orders in to make it easier to carry out to my vehicle. I, myself, placed the orders in the bag. I wasn't offered for any assistance or help to carry items to my car. I had to make two trips in and out of restaurant to get all my orders. I wasn't asked did I have everything. I eat at this restaurant occasionally and I've never had this experience. The staff were not rude, just could have been a little more helpful.

We’ve frequented Longhorn Steakhouse in St Peters Missouri since Texas Roadhouse and Outback both went down hill. The steaks at Longhorn were ALWAYS delicious! Mouthwatering in fact. We recently went after illness kept us away a few months. BOY WERE WE DISAPPOINTED! WHAT HAPPENED?!? The ribeye I recieved didn’t look right. It was extremely flat and smooth, it didn’t even look like a steak. It looked like it had been a thicker steak that they had cut longways in 3parts! I turned it over and it was just as flat and smooth as the other side. Because I always get my steak well done, that’s what ordered. But because it was so thin, it was like leather. Then to top it off, they had changed their seasoning to a “6 pepper” seasoning! I’m sorry, but I do NOT like hot spice on my food! And to me it was hot! ALL portion sizes had gotten smaller as well. They used to serve on a big round plate, now it’s a smaller rectangle plate that seemed too big with the smaller portions. They’ve even changed their bread, which was not good. My mother’s filet was only half the thickness it used to be. I sent my order back. Reordered a burger. The burger was dry, and dense. No juiciness at all. I only choked down half of it. Normally we’d take home leftovers… not this time. The only GOOD thing about our dinner was the Strawberry salad which is always delicious. Those are the only steak houses in my area that I’m aware of, and LONGHORN was our last resort in my mind. SO DISAPPOINTING! I thought THANK GOD at least one of these steakhouses in our area is still decent. WELL.. not anymore!

Bismarck, ND site. Saturday, Feb 22. Ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, bone in, 22 oz. 1st off it was huge, covered most of the plate because it was so darn thin. I am talking maybe 5/16 of an inch. 2nd - it was absolutely drenched in butter, covered the entire steak and was running off. Took about 3 bites and couldn't handle it. Weird taste. Waitress, very nice young lady, said the sauce was a butter/lemon sauce. She said they put that combination on all their steaks. Who puts lemon on a steak and why doesn't the menu advise the customer? it was too late to get a replacement but they did take it off the bill. Done with longhorn.

Check your receipt at Davie,FL location. The server overcharged our table by adding an additional meal and drink to the bill. Listed on the receipt was a party of 5, we were a party of 4. I hope this is not the way you treat out of town guest who want to support your establishment.

I felt like a good steak the other night and tried to choose from the following steak house's in Topeka. Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, and North star steak house. Texas Roadhouse has good food but way to loud for my taste. I love the North Star but was farther distance and didn't feel like getting dressed up as I feel it desires a more dressed attire. So I chose Longhorn. The 12oz rib eye was tough! I ordered it medium which it was cooked but still tough and the baked potato was the size of a golf ball. Salad was good staff excellent. But I didn't go to just eat a salad and experience the staff, I wanted a good steak and they let me down. I should have chosen North Star or Roadhouse.

This is the first time we've had an issue with Longhorn Steakhouse. They've done very well up until yesterday 6.2.24. My wife ordered lamb chops for the first time. Never again. The reason I am complaining in light of the fact that they usually do well is due to the fact that these dinners have a cost beyond what you pay. The time we take to get the meal and then when you have to throw it away because you can't eat it is unacceptable.

I really do like Longhorn and the service is always great..my low stars is for the fact that when they are taking your order, you order your meal and the server tells you to choose 2 sides that is included then proceed to list the choices. But what they DONT mention is not all of them are included and are an extra charge. On my most recent visit in Spartanburg SC I specifically asked our server if the asparagus was included in the no charge items, he replied yes it was included. Great! So I ordered it. Fast forward to receiving the bill, there was a $2.79 charge for asparagus! Now I would have been slightly Annoyed if I had not specifically asked him! But the fact I ASKED, I was livid! I brought this to his attention and he merely shrugged his shoulders.. I paid but cannot believe he basically lied to up the check, or maybe he didn’t realize, I don’t know but a simple apology would have been good! So be careful when you order your sides!!!

I had a hamburger that was not cooked properly and tasted terrible. My wife had a chicken salad and the chicken was terrible. Long wait & poor service.
