Perhaps it's just me and the menu items I order for curbside pick-up but.... 3 weeks ago, I ordered the chicken strawberry salad. It came with large pieces of lettuce and a couple cut-up strawberries but NO CHICKEN! I called right away and they said they would send a gift certificate. It occurred to me over this past weekend (almost 3 weeks later) that I never received the certificate so I called again and the manager sent it right away. Kudos to that manager. He knew how to get things done. On Friday evening, we decided to try them once again. My husband ordered the salmon which he said was excellent. I ordered chicken fingers which came very heavily breaded, and falling off the small pieces chicken underneath. The "caesar salad" had large pieces of lettuce, miniscule pieces of shaved parmasean and a small bag of croutons that covered the salad. Regarding the curbside pickup, restaurant guests park in the designated "Pick-Up" spots so you're forced to circle the parking lot in hopes that one will eventually open up. When I commented on this to the sweet, young girl who delivered the food, she replied that it's an ongoing problem and there's nothing they can do about it. I'm certain that's true but they probably could do a better job of manning it. Needless to say, after 2 subpar experiences, we probably won't be returning.

Went to The new Weatherford Tx location Was not greeted at the bar in fact they waited on another person who sat down after us. Food was a little too much salt I ordered the okra and my food came out with just a steak on the plate had to pick another side aka salty baked potato Food was decent service in the bar was not good

My baked potato was TASTELESS...... (I DONT HAVE COVID 19🤣🤣) MY 34 DOLLAR PORTERHOUSE WAS A JOKE. I ASKED FOR MEDIUM A LITTLE PINK. VERY WELL DONE.... YEAH I EVEN FOUND BURN ON IT. THEY HAD NO GARLIC SALT TO BOOST STEAK. OFFERED ME STEAK SAUCE....🤢🤮 MY HOT BREAD WAS NOT IN ANY WAY FRESH. IT WAS MICROWAVED HOT IN MY OPINION. MOM ALWAYS SAID EAT WHAT'S IN FRONT OF YOU. PEOPLE ARE STARVING. SO I ATE MY FOOD AND THOUGHT ILL MAKE A STATEMENT ON HERE. I WAS NICE WITH 3 STARS I ALMOST DID ONE STAR.

In the last two months I have ordered "Longhorn Cheddar Cheeseburgers", at the Asheville Location, on Courtyard Road, at night three times. My medium rare orders were medium or less than medium. They were tasteless. I have also ordered Molton Lava Cakes during this month. They were delicious. I stopped into Longhorn and spoke with the day manager to tell him about my disappointment at spending quite a bit of money, three times in a row, on the "Longhorn Cheeseburgers" and getting dissapointed. I said my orders were not cooked to my liking and the last order, I specifically told the server. Still no change. My cheeseburger was tasteless. Perhaps ordering at 9:00 pm was not wise, as they close at 10:00 pm. The daytime managers response to me, "Well, our cooks get next to best ratings for their "cooked to perfection" ratings. He then said, send it back next time". I told him, 'when you're taking a "to-go" order back to the hospital you cannot send it back. I then said, I would return it the next day, and his reply, "no we don't do that" I said I understand that. I told him it was a shame, because I finally found a place that is comparable to New York, and that taking a chance on a to-go order is not fair. What I don't understand is, how do you send a paying customer away feeling unsettled. I feel this was poor business practice, especially during a time when businesses want customers and more important, returning customers. I returned recently anyway, and had a delicious signature steak, and since I was there I could check my dinner.I was very satisfied. But, I would never order a pricey steak as I did, to go. I will continue to eat at the Courtyard/Longhorns occasionally, but my to-go, take-outs are now out of the question.

We love Longhorn, but I was not pleased about thr cleanliness of the restaurant in Charlotte at Mallard & WT Harris. The carpet was dirty, we had to get our own silverware, the horseshoe lamp was covered with dust and cobweb reaching the ceiling and the half wall booth dividers and walls had old BBQ or ketchup and a set of blue disposable gloves at the main entrance waiting and carry out drink holder tossed up on the shelf. I wont be back there. The staff were kind and the food was good but the both baked potatoes were very overcooked.

It used to be better but it’s still up there for steakhouses as far as the value and the food

for my birthday we went to longhorn in lafayette indiana and I ordered prime rib either rare or med, rare and was informed they had sold out, they had med. well and well done. so how many more people would order in the next 8 hours ? not very pleased and if my wife hadn't been with me I would have left.
