I ordered the cheeseburger plate. The burger was well done, cold and dry. Potato was cold also. The store was filthy. A1 sauce had sauce stains on the lid and bottle. The light on table looked like it had never been dusted. Trash on the floor and a fork someone dropped earlier under our table. The men's bathroom was a Huge Nasty. Urine on the floor (glad I wear shoes) Urinal was so stained, like it had never been cleaned. Soap scum everywhere. All over experience is a D+.

I would give longhorn 5 stars but!!!
I would give longhorn 5 stars, but I can't do to one particular security guard. I believe he is either Hispanic or Cuban. Heavy set that's actually a bigot towards the homeless and cruel towards service animals, stating that you can't have a service animal in the casino or take a service animal into the bathroom, which is highly illegal and can utterly end up in a lawsuit. At the same time, he's making up his own rules as he goes along. The other security guards were very cordial and understanding and respectful. This One Security guard was just a complete and total j******, and what he says goes, even if it's wrong, the long should really educate some of their staff on the laws related to service animals as though this will end up in a lawsuit because it is highly illegal. To discriminate against a service animal due to your ignorance of the laws.\Which now gives longhorn the reputation of being bigot towards service animals and homeless due two 1 person that unknowledgeable security guard.

Hit or miss service, weak management, crappy water, but food is good.
Regarding the Lady Lake, FL location. First, they have terrible water there unless you buy bottled. Other surrounding restaurants have filters that make the water much better. Also, during our recent visit, they had no carbonated drinks. They said their C02 machine was broken. So I ordered iced tea, which was mixed with their crappy water. The food was good, so no complaint there. Their service is always mixed. You never know if you’re going to get a waitress who is attentive or one who comes when it’s convenient for her. We also feel that the management there is weak. We’ve had issues in the past with steak taking forever, coming out wrong, then taking forever to get redone and then nothing is done to compensate you. It’s not that we’re looking for that, but when you wait so long to get your steak done correctly that your husband is already finished eating his whole meal, it wouldn’t kill the management to at least give you a discount off that meal.

Steaks are tough and dry…
We dine at the Park Meadows location once or twice a month for several years now. The steaks were always delicious, tender, and seasoned perfectly. Our last 2 visits were disappointing. The first visit our steaks were slightly tough, a little dry but tasty. I asked if their meat supplier had changed but the waiter didn’t think so. This last visit was way worse. One steak was
so tough and chewy I stopped after attempting a second bite. We ended up splitting the second steak which was tough but edible. When speaking with the waiter he said he would talk to the manager. When we received the check, 10% of each steak was deducted from our meal. ($3.23 & $2.38). Totally unacceptable for a $30 steak that was inedible and the other one below par. I asked for the managers name that made this decision (Dessi). So sad to determine our favorite restaurant is now one we won’t return to.

Greenville
Greenville, SC—very poor experience tonight. First, told we could wait few more minutes for a both vs table. Was told they would verbally call our name so I put my phone in my purse. After a good wait, checked and said they said our name twice. They had texted twice. Once seated, took 20 minutes to get bread and my boyfriend’s beer. Wrong entrees came shortly thereafter before our salads twice. Boyfriend got wrong salad. 3rd time entree came out not long after. Told them never mind. We left. Will not be back.

Not enough food.
Ordered the 6oz filet combo with 4oz lobster tail thinking with the loaded baked potato & brussel sprouts it would fill me up. Filet instead of being round & about an inch thick, it was rectangular & 1/2 inch thick. The lobster tail was the about 1/2 inch thick, smallest I ever got. Baked potato was far from loaded! Thin layer of sour cream on top, small sprinkle of other toppings on top. Had to get salad instead of sprouts because they had honey on them & salad was half bowl. $36. Server was great, never go back. No

Staff - AWESOME. Lamb Chops - NOT SO MUCH
The only reason for a second star is that my wife's steak was excellent. (More to come)
A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I went to the almost empty, restaurant in Texarkana, Texas, and we waited at the front and watched as several people from the back kept looking toward us, but not one person greeted us or attempted to get someone to serve us. We, along with another couple (unknown to us), walked out after over 15 minutes. I NEVER expect not to be at least acknowledged by a staff member.
Tonight we tried again. Since Texas Roadhouse relocated from next door recently, we've seen this establishment unusually busy. The staff were very professional and friendly. We were seated in a short period (5 minutes or less)
I swear I am NOT a Karen or Darren, and to prove that, I insisted on paying for the meal. My heartfelt belief is in supporting businesses because I understand how expensive it is to run a business, especially a restaurant.
I ordered a Texas Iced Tea (like a NY iced tea with different ingredients The bartender was VERY generous with the alcohol, which I appreciated in my younger days, but this had very little else in it and was undrinkable. I ordered the Lamb Chops. Very well presented, mashed was great (as always, there, not bad for pre-made and packaged.)
I have had Lamb all over the world, and this cut of meat was beautifully cooked. However, it did not taste of lamb. Do you know when a bite of meat, chicken, or fish tastes a little off? Not from seasoning but off? It gives you pause to not continue because of the fear of possible sickness later? The waitress saw that I did not eat my food or drink and offered to have the manager take care of it. I insisted that she did not need to do that. I apologized and told her that everything else was great, and I insisted on paying. She was VERY gracious (Reina G was her name). The manager eventually came to the table because she saw our waitress dump my plate. She was wonderful and empathetic. (I am sorry I did not get her name. She was a sharply dressed red-headed dear.
Also a BIG NO NO for ANY restaraunt:
NEVER SERVE TAP WATER AT SUCH A NICE RESTAURANT! Especially bleach-smelling
Texarkana water.
42 years of marriage, and I still haven't learned to just order what my wife gets. :)
