I guess my issue would be with service. Not necessarily the waiter David but the little girl who actually served our steak. She brought it out and set it down as if she was bothered. When I asked where is the potato she said it doesn't come with one. Did you order one? I said no but I have traveled all over the world and I have never been served a piece of meat on a plate like that! She turned around and went to get the waiter. I have worked in service and for the life of me I don't know how anyone would serve apiece of meat on a plate with not even a piece of garnish. I'll eat at Texas Roadhouse! They always give me a potato!

Me and my BFF always go eat there after church people don’t listen young people how you going mess up a order I ordered mushroom appetizer and a spinach dip appetizer they gonna bring out spinach, dip, and shrimp appetizer. We let them know that we didn’t order the shrimp appetizer that we ordered the mushroom appetizer then I ordered the lemon garlic chicken. He ordered the filet mignon medium rare 9 inch. He brought them out of 6 inch after I paid my bill and looked at the ticket. I saw that he didn’t correct it at all he didn’t take off the shrimp and he didn’t correct the steak racist Karen came over to the table and made a great goal scene. I wasn’t going back-and-forth with her. That was too low for me to go. I gathered my stuff up. I told her right to her face to tell it to the corporate office, my friend tried to tap her to let her know that he ordered the mushrooms and not the shrimp she started making the scene talking about don’t touch me. Don’t touch me. I proceeded to get my vehicle to pull up to the door to help my friend get in the car because he had a walker. The restaurant was crowded and they can pull the tape back and look at her behavior. Well I don’t do is racist people but what I am is I member of the NAACP and she wasn’t worth it and she better hope I don’t put her on TikTok they need to really talk to their young people when they work on Sundays because they be crowded and people come because they like Longhorn people come because they like the food you just can’t serve people any thing you can’t put just any thing in the cook is gonna fix what you put in and they have ample enough time to get that receipt, right the receipt shouldn’t have been ready until after we was ready to pay but young people do what they wanna do. The steak was 30.99 for the 9 ounce that’s what he ordered nobody told him to put in a 6 ounce he just didn’t fix the ticket. I didn’t look at the ticket until after I paid for it after it was pending on my credit card. He talk about well. I’ll return it and swipe your card again. No, you won’t know you will not. If you gotta write the first time you wouldn’t be going through this so now I took his shit back that I gave you and I want my $13 back that I paid for some shrimp appetizer that we did not order nor did we eat and the young lady that took our order for our drinks She took our order for the appetizer she’s the one who got the appetizer around. He is the one that we told about the appetizer because he was gonna be our server if you cannot handle multiple tables, you ain’t got no business being a server, especially if you can’t put peoples food in right they don’t have to worry about me doing business with them anytime soon under any circumstances. The money wasn’t the issue. It was the principal because the girl made a mistake on the appetizer you gonna make me pay for it anyway you gonna charge me for it anyway no, you’re not get the receipt right yes, I took that tip back I drew a line through that tip and I wrote era Racist Karen. She talk about ma’am you can’t talk to me like that. That’s not how you talk to me first of all Lady. I’m not gonna talk to you at all. How about that and I got my stuff up and I gathered my stuff and I told her tell it to the corporate office Cause I don’t know who you think you talking to and I refuse to go back-and-forth with her

This is a review for the new Longhorn Steakhouse in PeaRidge/Pace, Florida. The first thing that caught my attention..we were put on the wait list..and people that came after us got seated..I can't believe that everybody seated after we got there was on a waiting list, our waitress..which I can not remember her name..she was nice, attentive, got our food to us in a good time. I had no problem with her...yet my steak was not cooked to specifications..(I ordered medium rare, and it came out fully cooked), yet I'm not sending it back because I don't know what might get done to my food to be corrected..I've heard too many horror stories. My two granddaughters ordered the mac-n-cheese..neither liked it, and in Pensacola, I always order the Brussels sprouts and asparagus because they are soo tasty, but not this go round! My youngest granddaughter told her pawpaw that she was thankful for the dinner date..but for her and her susu..Pensacola Longhorn steakhouse is for us..and I was soo looking forward to this Longhorn's..it is soo close to our house!😑😑😒😒🫩🫩😕😕☹️☹️

Wife and I are "regular" customers and the service and food is good and deserves a five star rating BUT the rest rooms in this Selinsgrove PA Longhorn are on a par with a 1960's gas station. Both the ladies and men's are the same. Informed Manager and will monitor the next time we go there. Disgraceful for a Company this large to have such conditions. Next stop Board of Health.

First time to be at a longhorn restaurant. Johnson City Tn. .Food was great. the broccoli was under steamed, but the steak was great. They were under staffed, the bartender was our waitress,[ Cassandra D. } she did not have enough time to take care of us. This was our first time and will probley be the last last.

The smell of the dirty carpet turned me off from the start. I have to admit that the food was delicious. I will not go back because of the smell of the dirty carpet.

Let me start by saying I love Longhorn. I frequently go to the freehold location. But on May 22, 2024 it was not good. My son and I had the same entrée. The redrock shrimp. We were both violently ill the next day. Just wanted to let them know that they may have an issue with the seafood. So sad about this.

Our waitress was excellent. However the hostess and several employees stood outside in the entryway laughing and chatting while on duty the entire time we ate. Very unprofessional. Food was good, though!
