My name is William Hammmond, my daughter, grandson, and I entered Longhorn steakhouse in Dougla, Ga at approximately at 5:30pm. I we placed order with waitress Amanda W. The food took an extremely long time to get to our table. The food didn't arrive until 6:30 pm. There was a large party in the restaurant that that most of the servers were focused on attending to. While guest seemed to be ignored. I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich with fries, but the sandwich came out as a grilled chicken sandwich. The waitress Amanda was not attentive to our table and was not professional or polite. We asked for refills on our drinks which we order Coke Zero which my family didn't receive. The Food was good, but the service was subpar at best. The large party in the restaurant appeared to be the main focus for the waitresses. I normally do not have problems at this restaurant. However, the service and attention to detail for my families order and experience was anything but good.

I called to place my order, it was ready in about 20 minutes for pickup. Ordering and pickup easy peasy, but the food that’s a different story. Grnonhad their cheeseburger and fries, said it wasn’t anything special and he’d had better. I ordered the Filet, baked potato and the onion petals. The onion petals would be much better if they had a better dipping sauce. The one we got reminded me of French dressing. Then there was the potato with so much salt we had to rub it off . I don’t remember seeing anything on the menu about the salt on the potatoes and being able to request no salt. But the topper of this review was the Filet, it had so much gristle it was unappetizing. The only good thing we got was the loaf of hot bread and butter. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from LongHorn again.

Went to longhorn for lunch, bad waitress I had to ask for everything and then she not bring it until she looked at me again,didn't forget to bring the check right over, but I forgot to leave her a tip want be sitting in her section again Milledgeville ga and I am a very good tipper

We went to the Riverview, FL location on 4/27/26 for dinner. We were seated at a booth right outside of the bar area. The bartender was our server. I didn’t catch her name. I don’t believe she provided it to us when she finally came to our table after we were sitting there for almost 10 mins. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. It took almost another 10 minutes before we had our drinks and bread. She was focused more on the bar area and not on the tables right outside of the bar that she was assigned to. When the check came, I gave her a gift card I had that was for $50 and we gave her an extra $10 too supply for the overage of the bill which was $53 and change she never said do you want change? She automatically assumed it was her tip and never came back with the change. I thought that was extremely rude for the most part. We usually have a good experience at that location but this one was the worst experience. Luckily, the food was excellent, but the service was terrible. She never apologized for wait time or anything.

Longhorns Lancaster, PA Poorest meal I've ever had at Longhorn's. Ordered Rack of Baby Back ribs and they were very bad. Large portion but very tough. Typically they should be thin and come off the easily. These were thick, dry and hard to remove from bone. Staff was okay and place was clean. Very disappointed based on past experiences in Merrit Island, FL. Also staff was not aware that Longhorns is part of a restaurant including Olive Garden.

The food and service were great. However, I am rating them a 2 due to their dishonest business practices. If you are someone who does not calculate your own tip, you need to watch out. They base their precalculated tips on the after tax amount. This is a completely dishonest practice that attempts to scam an additional few dollars from anyone who is either not paying attention, too lazy to calculate their own tip or mathematically inept.

Columbus, MS 3:30 Monday 3/13/2026 was told there was a 25 minute wait. We ended up leaving at 4:20 and going somewhere else. People were leaving the dining room but they were not seating anyone. I really like the food here but the service is terrible. We weren’t the only party to leave. Several others left as well and the hosts didn’t seem to care. Don’t think we’ll try again anytime soon. There are other places to eat.

Other than the Lamb Chops too salty and the 2 spinach leaves in the mashed potatoes and spinach side, the calculated tip amounts on the bill were based on what was ordered AND the state tax. This boarders on unethical. Why would I base a tip on something I did not directly receive during the meal? Shame on LS!!!!
