I recently visited LongHorn Steakhouse and had an unfortunate experience with the restaurant’s cleanliness and customer service, particularly with the manager, Jose Reyes. Upon being seated, we noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the table. It became evident that the tables were being wiped down with dirty rags, which was concerning. Additionally, there was a miscommunication regarding the cost of a lobster tail. The server failed to inform us that it was an additional $15, and when we brought this to the attention of the manager, Mr. Reyes, his response was dismissive. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, he accused us of lying, which we found incredibly disrespectful. The lack of proper customer service from the manager, combined with the cleanliness issues, made this visit disappointing. I hope the management at LongHorn addresses these concerns to ensure a better experience for future.

That we try it after going to Texas roadhouse for so long and I will never go back there. Service was terrible. Had to get a manager just to get our bill to get out of the place. Waiter paid no attention to us won’t be back.

The last two times I have ordered a full rack of ribs and the meat was tough and didn’t have much meat on them! On Saturday, August 17, I ordered 2-9 ounce Filets, prepared "Rare" from the Longhorn Steakhouse in Perry. When I got the meals home I decided to weight the steaks, and found them both to be exactly 8 ounces! Now preparing steaks RARE does not reduce their weight by exactly 1 ounce. If the Owner, Manager, or staff completes this practice on every order, imagine the "profit" that is received. There should be a "watchdog" to oversee this practice of "stealing" from the consumer: I can promise you one thing, I WILL NOT be ordering meals from this place in the future. I know it is almost impossible to check your food while dining inside, but if you are ordering a carryout it might be wise to check your food?! I've contacted the company Darden, but who knows what the outcoome will be.

July 6 I was told to call 1 hour ahead of time I called when I called they told me if I don’t be there at 7 for the table If someone else came they would get the table got there 10 minutes ahead then I was told I couldn’t be seated at the table until 6 people were there okay fine I also ask could we ge another table added it was fine so when everyone showed up the waiters got our drank order never once said it was a problem about the amount of people we sitting waiting outta know where a rude ass manger came up got loud with us other people in the restaurant stopped eating to focus what he was saying to us it was all out embarrassing like we was in the wrong I guess because we were a table full of black people then we waited for our food forever never got it no one came to check on us or anything My whole birthday dinner was ruined I’m highly upset lake city fl
