We purchased a timeshare in Puerto Rico about 25 years ago and were ready to get out of it. After 10 years of unsuccessfully trying to sell our timeshare with one of those online sales services, we realized that we needed to do something different. We realized that we could not sell our week; instead, we would have to PAY to get rid of it, so that our children would not be plagued with the annual fees after we die. We decided to try Lonestar Transfer. Hannity highly recommended Lonestar Transfer, and we trusted Hannity enough to give it a try. We contracted with Lonestar Transfer, paid their fee, and prayed that our timeshare burden would be taken away. This decision to contract with Lonestar Transfer turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. It took over one year to complete the transfer process, but to no fault of Lonestar Transfer. They kept true to their promise that beyond the initial fee, we would not be strapped with any more of the customary charges imposed by the Hyatt timeshare company. Lonestar Transfer had to be very persistent with Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar in Puerto Rico in order to get the transfer completed! Lonestar Transfer has proven to us that they are a company of success and high integrity. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to rid themselves of the financial burden and the declining usefulness of a timeshare.

We enjoyed our timeshare unit for about 10 years but the annual maintenance fee was starting to cost more than it was worth to us and we found it hard to sell our winter unit at the beach. Great company to work with. Easy process. Start to finish was about 5 months. Glad to be finished with the whole timeshare thing. No more maintenance fee’s.

I consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about a lot of things as well as "street smart", but my own attempts to divest myself of my timeshare was frustrating at best. Enter Lone Star Transfer. I turned over the reins to them and they did it all. Even when my particular vacation club pulled the shenanigans they are known for, my Lone Star representative stayed in contact with me and guided me through to the end. I could not be more pleased!
