Immediately after the initial contact with Lonestar occurred (02-2024), things started happening. To say the management company for our timeshare (Capital Vacations) was difficult to deal with would very much be an understatement. Our sale transaction finalized in 07-2026, a period covering 29 months. Lonestar was professional, patient, and personal. Their recommendations reflected the professional value they brought to helping us complete the sale of our timeshare. I am particularly grateful for the support we had from Catherine Olivio. She was very responsive, professional, and effective. With Catherine you got the same professional person with every interaction. You could never tell if she was having a good day or the worst day of her life. If I had to go through this with another timeshare, I would request Catherine in a heartbeat.

April was timely and courteous with all communication and kept us in the loop throughout the entire journey of getting out of our Timeshare.
