Such a great house buying experience. Kept us up to date and made it an easy to purchase our second family home.

This being our first our first homebuying experience we were expecting it to be a rough, grueling experience. We didn't have a realtor, and were working directly with seller. After filling out the application online we were promptly contacted by Dale. Speaking with Dale was like talking to an old friend as he explained his plan of what we need to do to make getting our home a reality. Could it really be as easy as he explained? Yes! Yes it was! Once the contract was signed Dale and Tami leapt into action. The only thing that slowed me down was myself if I delayed in getting them the information they needed. If I had a question, it was answered quickly and courteously. It went so great that the people at the title company at closing commented at how smooth everything went for us. I would recommend Lone Star Financing to anyone!
