Aquarium pump no working, impossible for refound. Not answered for email. Absolutely rubbish

I had enquiry about some paint glue which wasn’t very big in size was not happy about .Got in touch with the company they was very happy to help the communication with they was brilliant. I would definitely recommend buying off them again and I’ve got a refund of some of it. Very pleased with them couldn’t afford them.

There was a problem with the item but customer services dealt with it promptly and satisfyingly. They refunded full payment immediately.

I ordered the animated jack o lantern, what i recieved was a plastic orange pumpkin, terrible product. Clearly just a scam company ripping people off.

Item: jabbering animated musical jack o lantern: I received a hollow light weight plastic pumpkin. Not even similar in appearance. Clearly have taken a picture of Amazon off Amazon there is nothing an images or musical. Farcical customer service said I wanted a full refund. Automated a reply thank you for accepting 30% off coupon. Gives me fraud vibes

I had an issue with product I bought so I contacted the customer service team. They got back to me extremely quickly and agreed a refund. My request was dealt with efficiently with empathy. I would certainly buy from the company again

I ordered a product, waited quite a while for them to arrive and it was a completely different product. I contacted customer services, they informed me due to the cost of transport that I would have to pay it’s not worth sending it back, they suggested I regift it to someone for the holidays. Considering I ordered weed killer & I received moss stain remover, I don’t hate anyone enough to regift it. Further to a response from Londonnk where they have informed me if I contact there customer services they will deal with the issue correctly. Well why have they not done that already? I have been in contact with them, they have offered me a 20% discount on any purchase. This is absolutely useless as I will not be using this company ever again. I am unsure if this company is a scamming company that advertised a product then sends something completely different with the knowledge that it is unlikely to be sent back, or it was a genuine mistake, either way they have not dealt with the issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM LONDONNK.COM - I stupidly fell for their ad for fast acting limescale shower remover and brush....what arrived was a tiny 50ml bottle of basically water + a plastic tooth pick!!! HORRIFIC £17.99. i wrote and asked for a refund and now useless prevaricating emails - i gave them a deadline and still NO REFUND. DO NOT GET EXCITED BY THEIR FB ADS - THEY ARE SCAMMING HONEST PEOPLE
