I've ordered from Lola Shoetique for a few years now. I do not ever have any issue with them or their packages. They always come in cute packaging which makes them cute and unique. I recently ordered some cute pants from there, a rush order I needed right away. I seen a confirmation email that my order was processed, but not one for it being shipped. A few days passed, I panicked and reached out. Tony immediately reached out and took cared of things. I appreciate the great customer service and professionalism from Tony and ensured my order would be shipped. I will continue to be a customer!

I have been able to purchase shoes online from Lola's and am in love with the packaging. Coming home to this package is overly exciting for this shoe- a-holic. I have also visited their boutiques in Los Angeles, California. I must say their locations within the Fashion district have the most helpful and kind employees. They all made sure I was being helped and were just awesome. My size was not available in a shoe and the guy who helped me out made it happen by making some phone calls. I was able to walk out with the shoes I fell in love with. If only I would have asked the employee his name.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! they have literally the worst customer service that I have ever experienced on numerous occasions. The last straw was being sent a defective cuffed up pair of shoes and being told that I must pay out of MY OWN POCKET to return them! WHAT A LOAD OF BS. punishing customers for THEIR mistakes?? I think not. If your willing to take the risk, go ahead and buy from them. But they are a greedy company who really doesn't care about their customers. Never again!

This is my favorite online shoe boutique! I haven't tried the clothes but I am going to give that a go soon. Once you recieve your order, theres always a coupon for 20% off your next purchase, which if you get an additional 20% off anything you buy its basically a complete STEAL. I paid $30 for a pair of booties that outlasted my Steve Maddens. I'm telling you, this is by far the best website ever and for once - no false advertising! A lot of the styles are similar to what you see on celebrities, but at an affordable price, and I can't stress it enough how great a quality the shoes are made with. All my friends always ask where I got my shoes, and are shocked when I tell them the price. I also got my coworkers onto them, and nobody has ever had to send anything back, and we all have the cutest shoes around. Hats off to this company, I will continue to spread the word of what an awesome shoetique this is!
