Lola.comReviews of lola.com

I have booked my business flights using Lola around 4 times now. The book experience has been amazing as Lola saves all my preferred traveling details and information to make booking a flight as quick as one two three. I'm most impressed with the support team behind Lola where they are looking out for my best interest. They check in flights for me beforehand, notify me when the gates changed, etc. Put great ease in mind!

Lola has been a great tool for us to use for corporate travel. We were using all sorts of different platforms in order to book airfare, hotels and rental cars - making it difficult to consolidate and track. The concierge service is amazing and has literally been a lifesaver. Instead of a rush of panic when I get a notification a flight has been delayed or cancelled, the concierge service is right on top of it to get the best options available presented to us and booked as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Lola is super useful for tracking employee expenses. It's great being able to work with them to roll out new features, too.

I enjoyed my experience when booking travel with Lola. The agents were very thorough in the services they provided.

Pros: Lola clearly shows all the available flights or hotels for your itenerary, the UI is intuitive and friendly. It has a great integration with Expensify which makes expense reports a breeze. Very attentive customer service. Cons: Lola doesn't appear to have flight integrations with all carriers (southwest airlines for example). When connecting with expensify, you may need to adjust the total amount if booking for more than one person Business Problems we are using this for: We are using Lola for a streamlined means of booking flights and hotels while ensuring that we are paying a competitive price

Lola is great! We find it very intuitive to use at Drift. It saves our HR admins so much time allowing all of us to book work travel on our own, without bombarding them with requests.

Lola has made booking company travel so much easier. I don't have to worry about expensing, and their customer service is great. I wish they had the ability to book different airlines for different legs of the flight, and early on in my experience (which is about 6 mos now) there were some performance issues, but they seem to be heading in the right direction for sure, and I would recommend.

This app is great to help you stay organized with travel; just wish they had Southwest Airlines integrated into the software. Customer service is fantastic and the automated notifications are super helpful
