Changed my chosen flights without saying anything
I’m really not a fan. Despite picking criteria for my flight to get to a business meeting on time, Lola changed me to multiple flights that would mean I miss my meeting. If I didn’t question why I had six flights to pick seats for instead of two, I would have been screwed. I tried several times, checked the filters, made sure I picked the flights I wanted, and it kept changing them without telling me. I don’t have time for that. Oh, and it cost more than what I chose! Much easier to use any number of other travel sites. I don’t get what people love about Lola, but this was a non-starter for me.
