Lola.comReviews of lola.com

I've been using Lola for about a year and I can't say enough good things about it. I travel regularly for work and Lola makes it so fast and easy to book my trips. No more searching around the web for hours to find flights and hotels. I now do it all within minutes on the app. Plus I can see my itinerary all in one place and they have live travel agents that will help you rebook reservations (flight and hotel) if your plans change or if a flight get canceled. Huge time saver for frequent travelers!

This service makes my life so much easier! I travel a lot for work (about 3 weeks out of the month). It’s so easy to contact their customer service department to help me get flights and hotels booked. When you do a lot of traveling, changes come up all the time. They work with you through those challenges and you know you’re going to be taken care of & the changes are made for me/ that leaves me time to focus on my job rather than the travel piece of everything!

Hands down, the best company to book flights!! They take care of everything for you from A - Z. They follow up with you and ask you about your trip, they are more responsive than you're calendar. Highly Recommended.

Lola takes care of everything for you! From booking to changes to cancellations, they do it all. They are very responsive to questions and deliver on their promises.

I thought from start to finish Lola was easy to use, very straight forward and their customer service person was quick to offer assistance. I would absolutely recommend Lola to everyone.

The customer service when it’s time to go on your trip is the best experience I have had while traveling. I was checked in and sent my mobile pass when my airline app wasn’t working, notified of my delay almost before the airline put it up on the board, and told how long it would take me to get home from the airport when I landed. I felt like I had someone paying attention to my every travel need.

Lola's always got my back! The entire team is pro-active, anticipates my every travel need and goes above & beyond when I need it most.

Bought a ticket to Spain and it was the easiest purchase of a flight I’ve ever made. Incredibly intuitive user interface and a remarkably easy processs.
