Almost Comical Customer Service Disaster
Sounds like my experience was similar to many others mentioned. Placed order, received merchandise with flaws and beyond their supposed delivery window (misplaced logos on hats and polo shirts...neither of which were complex or unusual.) I contacted "Quality control" and they offered to send out replacements - so far, a decent experience...although, of course, I am now a couple weeks behind in receiving uniforms. Unfortunately, replacements arrived with similar (and in one case, more severe) issues; at this point, as anyone might imagine, I'm frustrated...however, I remain polite, professional and focused on getting a resolution quickly. This is where things take a turn into what has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any transaction with any business...ever! Literally the most bizarre encounter I've had with a business in my entire life. When contacting Quality Control, they claimed that the Manager personally inspected the items before sending them out - which is either not true, or the "Manager" must be blind, since the logo on the women's polo shirts falls awkwardly mid-chest and the logo on the hats is like a quarter inch from the bill (the same issues that resulted in the replacement order in the first place - and neither of which resemble the proofs I was sent, nor the examples on their website.) Eventually, after exchanging a couple of messages, they unilaterally declared that they were refunding the money for the purchase and suggested that I take my business elsewhere because they are not able to meet my "standards." It seems that they're simply not willing or able to sew a logo on garments correctly...which, if I'm not mistaken, is their entire business... Finally, it appears my IP address has been blocked - so I cannot visit the website at all (not that I would order from them again.) I can't say as I've ever heard of this type of policy from a legitimate business...but I guess there's a first time for everything. As the title says, this was such a glaring example of what NOT to do when your business makes an error (or multiple errors in this case) that it's almost hilarious.
