Ordered 4 custom hats for ~$315. I asked specially and having the hats done a particular way. When the hats came, and I was not satisfied all I wanted was one hat to be replaced and to order more hats. The passive-aggressive CSR told me that since I "approved" the proofs all they could offer me was a $51 credit, and that it would be $40 plus the cost of a new hat to get one hat the way I ordered it. Unfortunately for them they edited my approved proof without consulting me it had changed every single hat in the order. I would have been satisfied and ordered more hats if they had simply sent me one in the way I had originally asked for. they were not willing to help me out whatsoever and I have resorted to doing a chargeback on my credit card. I have ordered from hundreds of companies online and never once have I received such poor customer service in any transaction. Being a business owner myself, it seems that the wiser move on there and would have simply been to send me they have two way I wanted and let me order more hats. Now I have gladly placed an order with one of their competitors (threadlogic) received nothing but stellar customer support and I'm receiving three times as many hats for the same price. I'm glad that I only had one interactiy with them. Worst company ever.

I made a order and paid a lot to have it rushed. The order showed up with no embroidering on them. The only way to get anything fixed with them is to email. So far 2 days have passed and no solution. Paying extra for expedited shipping and production and I am still without the correct products. I will never use them again.

Will steal your money. Do not order from these people. I placed two orders. Got charged for 3 separate orders and never received my product. Customer service was absolute awful. Worst business ever.

LogoUp.com is using false advertising on their Facebook ads. They show a red beanie hat for $7.99 in the ad. The hat colors shown in the ad actually cost $12.99. Out of 23 available colors, only 6 colors actually cost $7.99 & none of those discounted colors are shown in their ads. When I pointed this out with screenshots in Facebook comments to their ads, their reply was "Hi there, it is unbelievable how you are spending your time trolling our page. Please do not engage with us anymore. Thank you".

My experience has been terrible with this company. Slow service, unwillingness to address problems with the order, lack of notification of response to complaint. They advertise satisfaction but provide anything but satisfaction. I was unhappy with the quality and material of my order and they would do nothing about it. I will not do further business with this company.

Very slow service. Rude customer service. Tries to bait and switch by trying to delay order processing. Very expensive shipping. Lies and says they are the cheapest, when they don't even have that going for them.

I ordered 1 thing and it will take over a month to get. When I ordered the product it was told there 1 to 2 weeks. I think this is abate and switch thing going on here. I have not yet received my product and they just keep dragging it out more and more. I would look for another company to do business with personally.

The quality of the work has gone downhill. I paid $34 per shirt to get good quality shirts and they are all permanently wrinkled around the logo they applied. Looks horrible. Didn't stop them from shipping them though. The last time I used them there was free shipping on orders over $199. I spent over $500 and still had to pay for shipping. I will not be using them ever again.
