I was skeptical at first. But, after being overwhelmed with quick responses to my questions both before and during the process of my logo design, I will use this company for all of my design work.

Professional Quality. Slow Response time though!

Ryan Miller and his team worked hard to meet my deadline and provided me as many rounds of revisions that I requested. I was give 6 very high quality initial designs to choose from and worked through a few of my top choices to get the perfect logo. Ryan was very prompt with responses to my questions and revisions and I highly recommend their service!

If you are looking for a logo better you have in mind a project. I was open to any sort of logo but they came back with very old fashion logos. At the end I had to give them specifi instructions on how I wanted it. Communication is very slow. Every message is replied between the 24 and the 48 hours but then even to change font or a simple colour could take an other day or two. Result: it took 58 days to get my logo and the stationary design part of the professional package. I also paid an extra 30£ For business name, just to get some ideas for my business name. At the end I did not like any of their suggestions. This was 2 months ago. I asked for the refund of the service I never used 3 weeks ago, still waiting for the money. I also had to question for this refund few times and it seems not making any difference. If you are use to shop online companies like logo scientist really pull you off. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Definitely not buying any more service from them. Scam

We opted for the Professional package of unlimited designs because our current logo had to be redesigned. The team manager was always quick, courteous, and professional in communicating via email. He guided the team of 3 designers to use their creativity and our input to develop concepts for the redesign. He was always willing and receptive to have the team make any revisions. We are very pleased with the creative process, and the new logo that gives our company its visual identity. We would highly recommend Logoscientists and their creative graphic artists.

They made the logo which was good, but the files could not be used and had to be reformatted ... After being reformatted the files that were made for printing, websites, and transparent were a very low resolution not even big enough for a business card. Sent the raw file to a different company so they could send me files with a 300 dp resolution transparent and non transparent sized big enough for postcards, business cards, and my flyers....

I have worked with graphic designers in the past to have both logos and websites created, only to find myself frustrated with lack of communication and getting over charged. This is NOT the case with OctaGroup Design Services. They gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, in a timely manner for an excellent price. I will definitely use them again for other projects and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional company that will really listen to your needs. 5 stars for sure!!
