Overall I was very dissatisfied with our experience with Logoscientist. The time it took for us to have our logo designed and finalized was extremely long. When told that designs would be ready within 24-48 hours, it would at times be 7 days before we would get our revised design. This happened numerous times which caused major delays in our design process.

Quality final product, but very difficult to work with
I did eventually get a quality product, so don't be afraid to work with these people as long as you have plenty of time and can walk them through the whole thing (misunderstandings, delays, etc)
It started when I needed a logo for a business presentation. I asked if they would have it done by a certain day. They said yes. The evening before I still hadn't received any rough drafts so I contacted them and they said they were done, they just forgot to send them to me. Really? but whatever, I got them that evening. I found out that they didn't listen to me at all. They got my company name wrong and didn't follow any of my instructions for how I wanted it to look. I told them and they were more than happy to fix it. They said they'd have it to me before my presentation. 2 hours before, I emailed them. No response. 1 hour before, another email and no response. 30 minutes before, another email and no response. I gave my presentation and didn't get funded, and having a logo may have helped. Later that evening i contacted them again and they said the person in charge of my project went out of town. What? You said you'd do something then just leave and not do anything without telling me? That was a huge inconvenience because I had to wait until the last minute to print off my materials because I thought I'd have a usable logo. At this point, I had no use for a logo for another couple months, so I asked for my money back due to their satisfaction guarantee. They didn't want to give me my money back. They kept saying "give us another shot" ignoring me saying how I don't want a logo done by them anymore and pretty much ignoring their satisfaction guarantee. After an hour of that, I threatened to report them to my credit card company for fraud, and they told me to call them (i was on chat) and they'd get my money back. I called them and I had to go through everything I just went over on chat, and I had to re-threaten them to get them to shut up about me giving them another chance and to give me my money back.
2 days before the refund should have been in my bank account, I contacted them again just to make sure it had been processed. It was, and they offered to do it for free to apologize. I took them up on it and it felt like they decided to take me seriously, asking for samples of logos I like, etc. I got the first set of drafts, and found that instead of giving me a different variety of styles, It was all dragon related, and a couple were pretty much the exact same thing, and they didn't give me a specific one I asked for (I liked one of the original logos with the wrong name, I wanted them to stick the correct name on it) and they did that for me. Through the rest of the process, they were generally hard to work with, but they were trying their best. For example, I wanted them to take the text from one and stick it on another, but they took the whole logo. And to get anything changed, no matter how small (like the text) took at least 2 business days, so I took a very long time.
I did eventually get a logo I liked, so they are a fine company to go through, but they are VERY hard to work with.

Dear Taylor,
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. We have run a thorough check on your case, and where we are to some extent satisfied that you eventually do like the final product as stated by you, we are sorry that it was delivered after some inconvenience.
This is the very reason, we not only processed your 100% refund but at the same time decided to complete your project absolutely free of cost.
We understand that this is not what is expected of us, but this is the least we felt we could do to reduce the pain.
We take pride in our customer service but at times designing and understanding the exact thoughts of the client can be more challenging than normal, since design is a very subjective matter. Your case will help us improve further.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you further. We would be glad to.
Apologies from the entire team at LogoScientist.
Regards,
Josh M.
