Made a great logo quickly and built a website with many options

I wanted to give the best review possible so that people can make the best decision when choosing this company. Overall, I am satisfied with their designs. They did an outstanding job on creating a logo. I completed their questionnaire packet, and they really gave me a design based on my answers. It is important that you answer it as honestly and completely as possible. Also, Please know that the turnaround time is not be as quick as their website suggests. Initially I had a problem with this because of how quickly i needed my logo designed. I explained my situation to them, and was assured that it would be ready in the designated timeframe. They have a problem giving bad news to their clients. They don't want to disappoint you, and would rather not be upfront in the beginning. This was a disappointment for me due to the nature of needing the work done. Also, if you have any changes to make, it's going to take just as long for those as the initial logo design (as least that was my case). This is not the organization to choose if you have a deadline to make. They do not issue full refunds either I just wanted to make sure that was made clear. Having said all of that, let's get to the most important question. Would I recommend them? Yes, I actually would. Overall I am happy with my designs. You just have to (1) Be patient with them as they are really working on your design. They want you to be pleased with their work (and it really is good). (2). IF they tell you your designs will be ready today, it will be ready within a couple of days (don't expect it same day). Thanks for reading my review.

I purchased the “Professional Logo” package just recently. The entire process took around three weeks and while I am marginally satisfied with the end result, the slow communications and lack of unique/creative design did put a damper on providing 5-stars. For the “Professional Logo” package, they advertise 24-48 hour turn-around time… this is more realistically 3-5 business days and even receiving a simply yes or no response took 2 days on average. The designs were good in quality, but you can tell that some of the proposals were just shot out of a clip-art cannon. After the first round of designs, they started to focus on our unique requests, but even getting Logo Scientist to make simple changes seemed like a chore. (Example: I requested 2 changes to be made. They made one and did not fulfil the other until I requested it again… this happened multiple times and finally when the project was complete, they sent over all of the image formats but did not send any of the templates or any other deliverables… once again, I had to request for these documents and then wait another 2 business days). Don’t get me wrong… for the price that I paid, it was a good value but you have to be patient and don’t expect a Fortune 500 logo. If you are a small business and looking for a modestly professional look on a budget, this will work for your needs. If you are looking to rebrand your company or anticipate high-profile clients, I would advise evaluating all available options. I paid for the Professional Package when inquiring about a logo design for my travel business. I knew I was overpaying for a "simple" logo, but I had issues with another company so I put my trust in Logoscientist. A couple of the features that drew me to the Professional Package were the multiple logos to choose from and the quick 24-48 hour turnaround time for revisions. The logos created for me to choose from were great. However my review is only 3 stars because the email correspondence back and forth for revisions was terrible. Simple things like changing the font, the color and removing an underline took multiple days and was very frustrating. I would reply to the email chain with a revision within hours of receiving it and it would take 2 days (3 in some cases) just to hear back from someone who would then submit the revision, which took another couple days. This went on for multiple weeks. In the end I am very happy with the logo itself but the communication definitely could have been much quicker. I recommend their work, just stay on top of the communication.

Understanding you get what you pay for, I was not expecting 5-star work and unlimited revisions for my $39. However, i was also not expecting major delays in communication and updates and my total task with only 2 small revisions, took 3 full weeks due to this. Not what I hoped for, would not use again unless time isn't important to you and affordability is your top priority.

After you give your initial info about your logo they start working on it. They send you a few samples and from there they can make adjustments based on your direction. Overall a pretty good service if you don't mind communicating by email and the odd delay in response!

Slow to respond and deliver on promises. Getting very simple changes made took a significant length of time. Promised 48-72 turn around time...took over a month to finally get all the deliverables. Generally sloppy work; don't deliver on their word...and use cheap clip art in designs you can find on the web for cheap on your own.
