I have been working with Chris Rumsfield on my new web and logo design. They have been attentive and responsive to my request. Their team really wants to please so don't hesitate to give them a try!

I worked with Chris and found him to be a very capable and responsive professional. Even when I responded via email that I was not happy with one change that was made to my logo, Chris immediately got on the phone and we resolved the issue. We like what the finished logo looks like as we build our brand, and will not hesitate to work with Chris again in future. In fact, we may have to demand that Chris be assigned to our account.

I could not be more pleased with the results. Chris was on top of every aspect of the project from initial design ideas to final print files. I will be using his services moving forward for our website design when we get to that point

Logoscientist was great with their turnaround times. Very Easy to work with and gave more then was actually included in my package. I felt the design I ended up with was good, but it wasn't totally in line with what I had asked for originally. I am sure they would have added designs to better fit my original request if I asked, but the design they came up with was fine for our needs so we went with it and didn't ask for more.

The finished logo turned out perfect for our new business venture. My only comment was it took to many revisions to get there. Having only a email communication system leads to interpretation not results. The final product for the price is fair, so be prepared to communicate often.

Everything went well, and customer service was great! My only concerns were that "shortly" rarely meant shortly, and there seemed to be a slight communication gap between my account manager and the design team. Otherwise everything looks great, and I am more than satisfied with my experience.
