LogoMajesticReviews of logomajestic.com

I have looked around for a logo designer and design for an event I am organizing. I have worked with Jeff Williams for the last several days. He and his team have done an outstanding job. The design is exactly what I was looking and hoping for. Jeff is providing excellent customer service and support. He is very interested in learning about my business and how he and the team can assist. His commitment has helped me to find the design that I wanted. I will work with your company again.

Logo Majestics is very very reliable, and very hard working👍 I would highly recommend their services to any business! Thanks to Jeff, and Mark.... Looking forward to my Web design...

The designs were fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. Jeff Williams was my main point of contact and helped me every step of the way. Whenever I had a question he would follow up immediately. Will definitely use them again!

Worked with Terry M, had a great experience. In short, would recommend and do again. I'm from a start up in the Bay Area without an in-house designer and I had substantial reservations about how effective this would be. For the record, I was against it but one of our staff found this in a Google Search and the cost seemed okay. I didn't like their website as it was wayyy too spammy with Pop Up like graphics galore...but shoot, I needed a logo done. I couldn't do diddly without it: brochures, website re-vamp, tradeshow booth, banners, etc. That said, I know the challenges between designers and their clients. Expectations, thoughts, ideas, feelings and such are hard to communicate and extremely subjective. Hence my initial reservations. But we got it started, we drafted a couple ideas in-house with pen/pencil/colored pencils, found artistic elements we liked on Pinterest and did our crude fabrications with some free online logo editors. We presented all of this to Terry and within a day, he came back with not just the promised three options, but four! We are extremely grateful for the fourth option because the entire office unanimously picked that one. With a quick color tweak, we finalized the design and received the source files. Total designer porn in neat organized folders: .ai, .eps, png, gif, jpg, tif, psd, pdf So overall, I'm pleased to have done this and glad I took the risk.

I am very pleased with the logo designed by logomajestic. The simplicity I was seeking was delivered perfectly!

I was really excited about giving this company a try. The prices were reasonable and the designs upon first glance were. Beware, you get what you pay for. After the first few designs which were D list, I decided I wanted a new business venture. It was explained to them. They were fine with the design change because I didn't finalize my design. I am opening an in home daycare and I wanted something bubbly and fun and attention grabbing for kids. They promise a 48 hour revision turn around many of my revisions there were like 12. Were done after this 48 hour time period. I decided upon a design during a time of loss in my life to get the process over with. Completely my fault. The design I chose was C list at best but I'm like this is what I paid for. If I want something better I will probably have to spit out the 500-1000 dollars to get a A list logo. Upon taking this designs to 2 different printing companies, the colors are off, we can't get the design to print within a certain size with out the pixels being obvious. Its horrible. Worst experience of my life. So I want my money back. Its not fair the design is not satisfying my requirements. the following statement is published on their website Money Back Guarantee We are extremely confident of our team and resources that our designs will satisfy your requirements. If not, we will refund you your money. Yes all of it! I requested my money back and was told I was not entitled to a refund. This is fraud. There is nothing next to this statement which states there are stipulations to the legally binding contract. I'm out money and I have poor low grade logo I can't print. Run Run Run away!

Logo Majestic was wicked fast with their turnaround time on my designs. Really easy to work with and very polite. I will most definitely use them again in the future. Great work.

We bought the fix it until we like it plan and I am sure we used every bit of that plan. They were honest, patient and made an emblem for our church that is clean, vibrant and awesome! Highly recommend and will be using them for our kids church emblem as well in the near future!
