I had an old website for several years and I didn't have any issues with the old website. I decided to create the new website and hired LogoMajestic for creating the new website. It was good price for the website. After several month my website stopped working and I contacted my hosting service and they told me contact the company who created the website for me. LogoMajestic told me that Hostgator doesn't have a good security and my website been destroyed. I told them if I can have the back files but they said they need to create the new website for me. After several talks with them in not polite manner we found that they have the back files and they can sell me them for $200. It was very wired to hear that but I paid them $200. They started offering me their hosting service and I told them just place my website back for now I will decide later if I would like to start using their hosting service. They ask me to pay them to make my website live again. And I paid them again. In a month my website stopped working again. I contact them and they told me that they placed my website on their hosting and I need to pay them for the hosting. I became very angry and I told them my website to my hostgator hosting. After several day the did it. After 2 month my website stopped working again. I decided to write this review to prevent others to work other people with this company.

Lots of reasonable words, obviously by foreigners, possibly from India. But after $1,200, no website and no refund, nor the decency to contact me back. Fraudulent company, I'm denouncing them. A pity, I thought it would be so nice to give young people a chance...

What they promised are fake, just try to deceive you to pay. Then, the nightmare began. They provided the worst design and website maintain. The website never function and customer services is nightmare. You can try to call their customer service, no one will answer your phone. Even they promised to give your money back, but they never did! They blocked you from their facebook page being scared of you are writing bad review, actually lots of customers are giving them 1 star, if I can I will give them no star!!! Don't use them, I want to ally other victims to launch a law suit against them. Anybody join, please let me know! Just try to call their number, you will know their line always automatically cut off for customer services and just go to look at their facebook review too. They block me from writing review. I did see some people have wrote bad reviews.

There all nice and grooming to there customers but that's all you get. I was given a generated logo, who anybody can do. All you do is put your company name in and POW! your given thousands of cartoon like logos. I as extremely upset, I paid 47.00 for a generated logo, with 5 options. when I could pay $9.99 for a generated logo with hundreds of options. So I called them out on it and then they quickly realized, I knew what they did. The nightmare hasn't started, I also purchased a $700 E-Commerce website since April, I placed the order with David M who told me Terry M will be creating my site. Nightmare begins...Terry was a scatterbrain. I wasn't selling anything or connected to pay pals, later found out I needed a basic website not E-Commerce like David told me I needed. Now its 4 months passed, I don't have a website or refund. At one point, there company line was disconnected, no email response and no online instant messaging. ALL OFF for two weeks. I was for sure convinced I was taken for my money. I finally got a hold of Harry M, who again was really nice and grooming, who told me I was going to receive my full refund within 24-48 hours, its been three weeks now and haven't received my full refund. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

I was really excited about giving this company a try. The prices were reasonable and the designs upon first glance were. Beware, you get what you pay for. After the first few designs which were D list, I decided I wanted a new business venture. It was explained to them. They were fine with the design change because I didn't finalize my design. I am opening an in home daycare and I wanted something bubbly and fun and attention grabbing for kids. They promise a 48 hour revision turn around many of my revisions there were like 12. Were done after this 48 hour time period. I decided upon a design during a time of loss in my life to get the process over with. Completely my fault. The design I chose was C list at best but I'm like this is what I paid for. If I want something better I will probably have to spit out the 500-1000 dollars to get a A list logo. Upon taking this designs to 2 different printing companies, the colors are off, we can't get the design to print within a certain size with out the pixels being obvious. Its horrible. Worst experience of my life. So I want my money back. Its not fair the design is not satisfying my requirements. the following statement is published on their website Money Back Guarantee We are extremely confident of our team and resources that our designs will satisfy your requirements. If not, we will refund you your money. Yes all of it! I requested my money back and was told I was not entitled to a refund. This is fraud. There is nothing next to this statement which states there are stipulations to the legally binding contract. I'm out money and I have poor low grade logo I can't print. Run Run Run away!

I wrote a rave review about Logo Majestic a few months ago after they did a fantastic job on my logo. I was beyond pleased at the job the graphic designers had done and decided to use them for my web site. For starters, I was told the web site would take about 2-3 weeks to build and it took over 2 months. During this process we had serious issues and I brought to their attention on numerous occasions that the "web site" they were building was not a "web site" at all, it was a wordpress blog. For me to update and make post's I had to sign in to wordpress, so why they argued with me was confusing to say the least. Either way, the blog was finalized in May and I was told that if I wanted them to help me in the future that I would have to purchase a maintenance package every 6 months and the cost would be $1200.00. Yes, like an idiot, I purchased the package. Now, 2 months later on July 15, 2015 my site was hacked and is completely down. All links are disabled and it is useless... I have sent Jeff and Terry 3 emails over the past 5 days and have not heard a word from anyone regarding my site. This is the last thing I thought they would ever do and I am beyond disgusted.
