Great Work. Enjoyed the process

Building a website is the second major project Logo Guru did for me...the first being the development of my logo 12 years ago. And they also designed stationery for me 12 years ago and again March 2021. For the website, I am awed by the outstanding job their development team did. James and Tarif worked tirelessly on the site until I was happy with the results. I so appreciate their dedication, as this was my first website and I needed a lot of guidance. Also, I had different features on the site that they helped me with as well. For my stationery, I needed a fresher look, so their team worked on that and created a design that beautifully incorporates my brand colors and really speaks to me. I am happy that I sought out Logo Guru/Logo Leaders for these new projects. They had my original designs on file and were able to help me with my current needs. I trust them and feel reassured that I am working with a group of professionals that know my business and are willing and able to work with me on different projects. Difficult to work with and not getting the results I want. I was excited to sign up for a package to get my new business up and running. Started with the logo design process and spent a lot of time describing my company and giving some logo ideas, but asked for some original solutions as I wasn't able to put my ideas together into something I wanted. I do have a background in graphic design, but wanted creative insight. The first set was okay, they did incorporate many of my ideas, but I wasn't crazy about any of them and some key elements I asked for were missing. Over the next several revisions, it seemed they only partially read my feedback (not sure if it is a language barrier or an inattentive designer). The logo kept looking worse. I was so frustrated after a week of this, I asked for a refund. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee. They came back with they would keep working with me. My issue is that if it was this difficult to communicate to get a logo design, I can't imagine doing the rest of the package especially a website. As of yet, they haven't been willing to do a refund. In the meantime, I reached out to a couple other logo design companies and had a few designers work on my logo. All of them came back with great designs and really paid attention to my comments.

I am truly impressed with how quickly my logo was created and it looks awesome! Thank you again!
