Previous happy customer for over 6 years – not happy with current project
This company has been the go place for me to get logos and work with designers to transform my vision for over 6 years. I previously had success and was very happy with the results of my designs. My recent experience was not rewarding. There were many issues. #1 Communications & language barriers. #2 The designers didn't read or fully execute the brief. #3 Not professional "elite" designers working on my project as promised. #4 The artist couldn't come up with their own creative take of my vision, without being micromanaged (which I didn't want to do). 5# Didn't have a good user experience with the platform used to submit and comment on designs. Positives: I was able to speak with a project manager every step of the way. I didn't feel like I was left on an island to die. He tried to make me happy but didn't share the app with me. I had to send my files directly to him, which made him an unnecessary middle man.
