Said he came across my company on LinkedIn and somehow get my email address to try and solicit services. He obviously didn't look at our page as we ARE a creative agency that does what they do and more..... why would you pitch to us? I don't take kindly to solicitation in any form especially if they are a subpar version of our company offering fewer services.

No creativity and very formal

Difficult to work with and not getting the results I want. I was excited to sign up for a package to get my new business up and running. Started with the logo design process and spent a lot of time describing my company and giving some logo ideas, but asked for some original solutions as I wasn't able to put my ideas together into something I wanted. I do have a background in graphic design, but wanted creative insight. The first set was okay, they did incorporate many of my ideas, but I wasn't crazy about any of them and some key elements I asked for were missing. Over the next several revisions, it seemed they only partially read my feedback (not sure if it is a language barrier or an inattentive designer). The logo kept looking worse. I was so frustrated after a week of this, I asked for a refund. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee. They came back with they would keep working with me. My issue is that if it was this difficult to communicate to get a logo design, I can't imagine doing the rest of the package especially a website. As of yet, they haven't been willing to do a refund. In the meantime, I reached out to a couple other logo design companies and had a few designers work on my logo. All of them came back with great designs and really paid attention to my comments.

If you are looking for a generic logo, this is the place. If you want something with individuality, go to Etsy or Facebook and ask for recommendations. There are a TON of talented people who will design your logo that won't look like every other logo on the planet.

Total Fraud!

This is a scam. Photo shop cut and past logo is what you want then your at the right place. 6/3/2020- Today I was told again that my emails are not being received. I sent 9 email request for a response to my revisions. 2 weeks passed and no response. Yesterday my Logoleader project manager told me they have not received my emails. I have software that has confirmed my emails have been received. They continue to lie. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have not heard anything but, and auto-response "we have not received your revisions". This sham is being run from India. Save your money, time and aggravation go eleswhere.

I'm sorry but I ended the reviews as the standard was not reached for a commercial logo that was paid for. I was given a template designed logo on each review, WordArt at best. I had started to go with Zilliondesigns but was asked by sales chat to go with one person. Very dissatisfied.

No communication, Terrible designs. I ended the project just to get it over with so i can hire someone else. LogoDesignGuru Site was 10x better than this service. I will never use or recommend this again.
