I just got mine in the mail and bought the subscription. I have it in my car and chatting with customer service trying to get yhe audio live working with my phone. All this is after I purchase 180 mins of audio. Only to have the technician tell me if the tracker isn't moving you cant listen wtf is that. Why does it have yo be moving for me to call and listen if it had said that i.wouldnt have ordered it in the first place

Logistimatics cut off all access to my account in April. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. Now, on 5/29 and again on 5/30, tried to, unsuccessfully, charge my credit card for $190.88. I sent them another nasty email, which, I do not expect to hear from them. They are a scam and now a cheat and a thief. Trying to collect money for an account that they do not service.

Ive used 13 logistimatics trackers for buis vehicle tracking for 6 years and been 100% happy, UNTILL they changed the app. The app now REQUIRES relogin every 2 weeks with no option to turn this off. The havoc this causes is that everyone in the company now has to log in nearly everytime they use it greatly slowing down productivity. I am going to cancle all the subscriptions and discard all the trackers as other professional tracking companies dont have this ludicrious "session timeout" issue.

I've had it for about almost 2 months. For the price, as a tracker, I've had no issues and think it's great. For the tracker with audio, I think it's garbage. The 1st few calls were very clear and quite impressive. After my first few calls, it's been a dull muffled sound and can hardly make out what they are saying. I've positioned it in the same location every time, so should be getting the same clear sound. The cost for minutes isn't bad. I'd buy it again for just a tracker, but not for audio. If you are interested in this feature, save your money.

This is a company on the skids...They keep downsizing as their sales are falling behind..They just laid off half of their customer tech reps team.. .Not a good company to buy from or invest in...They might not be around much longer. Buyer beware!

I caught my wife cheating with this tracker.

This thing works off and on it is not consistent. The tracking sometimes doesn’t track accurately sometimes it doesn’t even pick up a good signal. I will be canceling my subscription. I wish I can get a refund for the device itself.

DON'T. They autorenew subscriptions unless specified to cancel. There's no customer service phone number. They don't send password reset emails. They require you to submit a ticket with all the serial numbers and account information when attempting to reset a password-How does that work? If I had that, I wouldn't be submitting a reset ticket. Leaving you stranded. The price for the service is a joke. Navigation was spotty and DEFINITELY not accurate-VERY laggy. Worst experience with tracking company/customer service in a long time. Not worth it. DEFINITELY not worth it. Thieves imo.
