I've had it for about almost 2 months. For the price, as a tracker, I've had no issues and think it's great. For the tracker with audio, I think it's garbage. The 1st few calls were very clear and quite impressive. After my first few calls, it's been a dull muffled sound and can hardly make out what they are saying. I've positioned it in the same location every time, so should be getting the same clear sound. The cost for minutes isn't bad. I'd buy it again for just a tracker, but not for audio. If you are interested in this feature, save your money.

This thing works off and on it is not consistent. The tracking sometimes doesn’t track accurately sometimes it doesn’t even pick up a good signal. I will be canceling my subscription. I wish I can get a refund for the device itself.

Need paper instructions

I haven’t gotten an answer to my question do I need to replace my unit.

This tracker doesn't seem to record every movement. The hourly refresher will still only show last location. Not sure if it's a signal issue. Thus tracker is used to locate vehicle movement and only updates randomly.

Need better customer support for products. No phone calls, only emails. The brochure that came with my product offered very little instruction on all the capabilities of the product.

I have a tracker for my atv and it does not keep up. When I go for a ride it says that I'm in the same place for a day or two. When I wanted to get another one for something else they said I would have to pay double the price. I went and looked at other companies with better deals
