Service ticket answered in 30 minutes!
Automatic renewal failed due to a new card I was issued. I opened a support ticket to enquire and it was resolved and invoice paid for in 30 minutes. good stuff!

LogicWeb Great Support
LogicWeb has been extremely helpful. Their support is super fast and friendly. I forgot to cancel my subnet and contacted 1 day after renewal asking for a potential partial refund, and they gave me a FULL one. Fantastic service, I will definitely be back when I need more ipv6 ranges.

This is false. This peson from Turkey blamed us because Maxmind did not update geolocation (a third party geo database service) and kept blaming us for things outside our control, like replacing our company name on Whois with his own (not possible) nor did we advertise such an option. He also signed up with fake first / last name, fake company name and a fake spammy email address [email protected]. This is not a legitimate review, but a scammer from Turkey, a high fraud country based on widely used fraud filters from banks and security services.
