Used this company for about 6 months. I really didn't want to leave a bad review, because the people I worked with were so nice. I didn't have much success with the campaign. The reps were a bit too positive about the ROIs. I don't blame the lack of success on them . So why a 1 star? The bigger issue is their sales reps aren't honest with you. They will be happy to take your money without offering a real solution. Some companies are honest when they tell you that they are geared for larger companies, and "we won't be the best fit" but Locigal Position won't tell you that. It's been over a year since I've used them and their reps still call. The calls are right on the edge of spammy. They don't listen to your concerns, what went wrong, etc. The sales folks are only sales and will gas you up just to get you in. If you're looking for a company who will be upfront with you, then you'll want to keep looking. Sorry Logical Position, but after getting empty sales calls a year later, this review was well earned.

If you're going to send cold emails, it's important to include an option to unsubscribe. This allows potential customers to opt out after your initial message, rather than being forced to sift through unwanted follow-ups. Any reputable marketing firm should respect recipients’ preferences—and frankly, shouldn’t need to rely on cold emailing to attract clients in the first place.

Great experience with each staff member of Logical Position. They made recommendations based on what our needs are and were very informative.

They appear to believe they're above federal law and the FTC. After being asked to stop contacting us multiple times, they continue harassing our business via cold calling our customer lines and leaving misleading voicemails to try and sucker somebody onto the phone. My company operates by the Golden Rule and believes in manners - full stop. We don't associate or do business with those that don't.
