Did not deliver what they promised. With ivermectin 7k spent in 6 months between fees and Ads they generated less than $200 in sales. Excuses were obviously that our site was not good enough or our prices too high. If I had spent this money to organize events it would have been resulted in more return

This company is not trustworthy at all. Our account manager Austin and Wyland are arrogant and the amount of money we have spent with them is creating a very thin profit margin. Find a marketing company who will give you sound advice and treat you with respect. Trust me it’s not this one.

Brad really did us wrong, he didn't listen to our needs and was gaslighting us. Finally we were ghosted and left high and dry.

They took a working google ad campaign that operated ok and turned it into wasteful shit that returned 0 results across 6 / 7 months, until we fired their ass. Avoid

If they put as much effort into their ad performance as they do into onboarding you and collecting your money, this would actually be a decent company. Unfortunately, their advertising service is terrible. I stayed with them for a full year and consistently saw a ROAS below 1.8, all while being locked into a long-term contract. After switching to a new agency on a simple month-to-month plan, my results doubled within two months—something Logical could never achieve. Any company forcing 12-month contracts is usually just outsourcing you to an overseas account manager juggling 30 clients for $1,000 a month. You’re better off hiring a freelancer on Fiverr. Logical charges premium prices for what is essentially low-quality, minimal-effort service. Save yourself the headache—hire a freelancer instead and you’ll get better results for less money.

We were with Logical Position for several years and maintained what we thought was a good working relationship. Unfortunately, when we decided to move our Google Ads and SEO management to another agency, their true colors came out. On their final day of access, Logical Position’s team went into our accounts and made multiple unauthorized changes — altering campaign settings, budgets, and tracking configurations — all right before their access was terminated. We have the logs that prove it. After years of trust and cooperation, this kind of conduct was shocking and disappointing. It was clearly done to sabotage our performance and make the new agency look bad. This behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No serious marketing company should ever retaliate against a client. If you value integrity and accountability, stay far away from Logical Position. They’ve shown they can’t be trusted once the relationship ends.

Used this company for about 6 months. I really didn't want to leave a bad review, because the people I worked with were so nice. I didn't have much success with the campaign. The reps were a bit too positive about the ROIs. I don't blame the lack of success on them . So why a 1 star? The bigger issue is their sales reps aren't honest with you. They will be happy to take your money without offering a real solution. Some companies are honest when they tell you that they are geared for larger companies, and "we won't be the best fit" but Locigal Position won't tell you that. It's been over a year since I've used them and their reps still call. The calls are right on the edge of spammy. They don't listen to your concerns, what went wrong, etc. The sales folks are only sales and will gas you up just to get you in. If you're looking for a company who will be upfront with you, then you'll want to keep looking. Sorry Logical Position, but after getting empty sales calls a year later, this review was well earned.

They appear to believe they're above federal law and the FTC. After being asked to stop contacting us multiple times, they continue harassing our business via cold calling our customer lines and leaving misleading voicemails to try and sucker somebody onto the phone. My company operates by the Golden Rule and believes in manners - full stop. We don't associate or do business with those that don't.
