While the account reps at LP are fantastic and helpful, it wasn't until I left them due to cash flow issues after some production problems we faced that we realized there was a lot of laziness in our Google/Social campaigns. Over-reporting, inflating ROAS due to duplicate tracking tags, mixing of campaigns, waste of spend on products in the wrong product categories, multiple tracking tags, incorrect product pricing on campaigns, etc. I was really looking forward to rehiring them once our cash flow issues were resolved, but after discovering everything, I am saddened to not use them as a resource for growth. If you are not familiar with your own ads, I would encourage companies to not just leave it to the agency. Dig in and know your campaigns so you can identify things that they are not managing. Finances were extremely tight during this period, and finding out later that my dollars could have gone to better use is disappointing.

I signed up with Logical Position…
I signed up with Logical Position because I wanted to seriously grow the e-commerce side of my business and start prioritizing online sales.
When I first got in contact with them, the sales guy was pretty pushy about getting me to commit quickly. In my experience, the harder someone pushes you to sign immediately, the more cautious you should be. At the time, though, I was young, motivated, and felt like I just needed to jump in and give it a shot.
Overall, Logical Position wasn’t anything special for my business. My e-commerce sales did grow, but only by a small amount.
Eventually, I reached a make-or-break point where I really needed online sales to improve, or the business was going to be in a difficult position. I decided to cancel with Logical Position and move to another agency.
The new agency was definitely more expensive, but the level of service, strategy, and results made the higher cost worth it. With Logical Position, we were doing around $12,000–$14,000 per month online. After switching agencies, that increased to roughly $70,000–$100,000 per month.
Of course, every brand and industry is different, so other businesses may have a different experience. The people at Logical Position were friendly and easy to work with, but for my company, the results simply were not strong enough.

Logical Positions ran my business in the ground and proceeded to be rude and unprofessional
I signed a 3 month contract with Logical Positions for both paid ads (adwords) and also organic SEO. My revenue dropped by 75%. I was unable to get out of the contract before the 3 months were up and tried to make the best of it for the duration of the agreement. Prior to hiring LP, I'd been handling my own ads and SEO for 12 years. My brand and demographic are well established. My Logical Positions rep suggested I change my demo altogether when I pointed out how badly things were going. They also changed the settings in my google analytics which I'd already converted to G4 successfully. After their changes, conversions were no longer recording in analytics and they never fixed this, despite multiple requests. At the end of the contract, I canceled and they were so rude and unprofessional that the sales person who was my primary contact didn't even respond to my email to confirm receipt of the email. Nobody replied to my questions about housekeeping issues as we terminated the agreement. I'm giving them 2 stars only because the reps I worked with were kind and I do believe they tried to help. The issue is that they didn't have the experience or knowledge base to know what to do.
