We've been with Logical Position for a long time. They are a pleasure to work with, and they've saved us a lot of money over the other companies that we've worked with in the past and over managing our ads on our own. Devin Cassel takes care of our paid ads. Niki Mannis manages our SEO. Both do a great job.

Logical Position has been a long term business partner that has delivered impactful results. Devin Cassel as been our account manager from the very beginning. She knows our business very well and always makes meaningful suggestions on any changes that could potentially improve our coverage. We are grateful for everything Logical Position has delivered for digital marketing of our company.

Logical position reached out to me last year and offered their SEO and Marketing/ads services. While apprehensive at first, I can confidently say that the results have been positive and most certainly have improved our intake volume of leads significantly. While some of the leads could be a bit better qualified, I am also aware that our service is niche, however I have to say that they do good work and our online presence has improved. Specifically, Insia Ujjainwala, who has been our ads campaign manager, has been great with communications and has helped me understand what is going on and why. She has been great to work with.

It's taken 5 years to write this review, I wanted to be thorough..... hahaha. We came to Logical Position 5+ years ago for SEO/ SEM and Devin C and her team have been nothing short of awesome. Devin is not only knowledgeable and responsive, the bi-weekly search reports help our team here to stay on top of things and we can see our ad $$ are actually working for us. Should also mention that Devin has been our account manager since day 1 which has been great. We continue to use Logical Position and will in the future. Highly recommend!

I signed up with Logical Position because I wanted to seriously grow the e-commerce side of my business and start prioritizing online sales. When I first got in contact with them, the sales guy was pretty pushy about getting me to commit quickly. In my experience, the harder someone pushes you to sign immediately, the more cautious you should be. At the time, though, I was young, motivated, and felt like I just needed to jump in and give it a shot. Overall, Logical Position wasn’t anything special for my business. My e-commerce sales did grow, but only by a small amount. Eventually, I reached a make-or-break point where I really needed online sales to improve, or the business was going to be in a difficult position. I decided to cancel with Logical Position and move to another agency. The new agency was definitely more expensive, but the level of service, strategy, and results made the higher cost worth it. With Logical Position, we were doing around $12,000–$14,000 per month online. After switching agencies, that increased to roughly $70,000–$100,000 per month. Of course, every brand and industry is different, so other businesses may have a different experience. The people at Logical Position were friendly and easy to work with, but for my company, the results simply were not strong enough.
