I was advised to purchase a sleep app machine from this company, but it hasn’t improved my sleep; in fact, it’s worsened. After using it for 2-3 weeks, my sleep quality has declined significantly. I doubt I have sleep apnea and suspect they’re misdiagnosing people for profit. They also refused to refund me, so I plan to contact an attorney.

Just another cheap knock off ripoff company! Tried to get headgear for my CPAP mask. SO small it would not fit a dolls head! no help from them. SO AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!

Cancelled my order without notifying me. Told me they refunded the money to my FSA account but there was no record of it. To date i have not recovered my money

Horrible experience, they don’t ask for prescription first, charge your credit card then call you to get prescription

There sleep study with watchpat one is not as accurate as they say it is. They say no sleep apnea and in house sleep study says yes you have it. Hmmm. This can be very dangerous for a person suffering from osa but being told their not. They say they will review your study but don't tell you anything other than the numbers they send you. Not very helpful. So if this company is who you are thinking about using I would suggest looking elsewhere. Just my opinion.

Terrible company. They send you expensive cpap devices, but will only refund if the box hasn't been opened. Who would return something without trying it? They'll give you credit for other purchases. Buyer beware. Update: The company actually refunded our money and we sent back the equipment. Shocking but true!

From the outset, my initial contact with Lofta assured me that insurance would cover my test and purchase after I submitted it through the claim process. Lo and behold, that is not the case. As an out of network provider for ALL insurances, it is unlikely your policy will cover this expense. While I recognize it is my fault for not thoroughly vetting my policy in advance, the reps at Lofta were dishonest in their initial approach with the sale. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

CPap didn’t work out. They only allow you to return them for store credit, which was useless for me.
