LOFTReviews of loft.com

Love the designs

I took my 97 year-old mother to the Loft Outlet in Castle Rock, Colorado to purchase a new "outfit" for her great granddaughters' graduation. My mom did not want to go shopping; however, the moment we walked in the door, the Loft team treated mom like a queen. Not once did they make us feel rushed. They helped in the dressing room. They gave honest reviews. They made sure there was a place to sit when she needed a rest. We walked out with three complete outfits for mom and two for me! It was the highlight of the day. I cannot say enough about the quality of the service and the clothes we purchased. My sincerest thanks to Robin, Joy and Florinda.

I have had only positive experiences with Loft, both online and in-store. They have great customer service and always have a great sale going in. I especially love Lou and Grey. The quality is amazing.

Shopped at Loft store in Chicago Harlem & Irving and had great experience. Very clean, organized and alot of sale for Christmas. Manager was very friendly, professional and helpful finding my size. Staff was nice and kind when asking for help. Will be returning to shop at this location.

0800 loft insulation team arrived at premises, when entered the property they put dust sheets in hallway and up the stairs, two lovely lads just got on with their work once job was completed they rolled the dust sheets up and cleaned any mess on carpets .both myself and the wife are very happy with the work that has been carried out. Very much appreciated thanks.

I love love love this company been shopping here since my kids that are in their late 30s and early 40s. I’ve been babies. In all honesty some of the clothes I bought back then I can actually still wear them very well-made. I do not wash them in the washing machine, and I do not put them in the dryer, the girls are amazing. They’ve helped me step out of the box at this point I’m 63 and sometimes I need a little tiny help specially when it comes to the fashion sense Tara at the store in Smithffield is phenomenal.
