I called the UPS store in Hicksville just as they were about to close. I needed to return an amazon item that was due today. The worker said they were about to close but they were kind enough to stay open so I could return my purchase on time. They were helpful patient and kind. Outstanding customer service.

DO NOT USE 1440 Coral Ridge Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071 ... I have a box paid in full for a year; I want to keep it but move to a new location as I bought a new home north. I was told you can cancel if you want but no refunds. I explained I did not want to cancel or want a refund. I would just like to transfer my service as I was sure they would want to sell the box to the next person....So, long story short, I do not need the box at this location. I paid $375 for it but will now have to go to another UPS location to pay another $375. Each store is a franchise but there should be some concessions made for yearly box holders. Just use FedEx and post office boxes. If you need to use UPS, just avoid this particular location. The new owner is very rude to customers. The last time, he was arguing with an old lady over a label ... ridiculous. UPS should be embarrassed!!!!

As many, I work remotely and needed an affidavit notarized that validates my signature. I made an appointment but was refused notarization when I visited the location. Their reasoning was I could not show them the contents of a CONFIDENTIAL REPORT. They are not validating the accuracy of the confidential report, but just that my signature is the one attached to the affidavit. I'm under a contract that prohibits me sharing confidential report contents until it is a public document; they didn't care. I should mention they have notarized similar documents at this location more than 20 times in the past as I have done this type of work since 2006. Sometimes a little control in the wrong hands leads to disruption for others just trying to get their job done. This is NOT the place for businesses to get assistance. I will find another business partner. This location is in Raytown Missouri.

I was at the UPS Store 1042 Willow Creek Prescott AZ at 10:15 this morning. Went in to drop 2 returns to Amazon. The woman there (there was only one at the counter) was extremely rude. She did not say one thing to me which in itself would be fine with me, but I asked her a very simple question. She would not answer me even though I repeated. She scanned my QR codes, handed me my receipt and sat back down. Unbelievably rude & zero customer service. I have been to this store many times with no issues. I am not one to write reviews but this really irked me. This is not the job for this woman.

I attempted to ship some meds to my husband, who works in the State of Arkansas and is a diabetic, on Wednesday 5-15-2024 and was guaranteed for that Saturday 5-18-2024. I provided the package, dry ice and the meds costing me $86.00 for the shipping and $25.00 for the meds/shots. My husband should have taken his shot this morning and has yet to receive his meds/shots for a diabetic health issue. The UPS store Manager, Rusty Little, wanted to file a claim with UPS and not refund me my money today so that I could purchase more meds and ship through FedEx. Not to mention the health risks to my husband's health not being able to take this shot. Please DO NOT SHIP through the UPS stores in case your package is lost or not delivered!
