I am not one to usually post reviews, but after what I saw and heard on Wednesday 10/7/2026 I felt like I needed to share my experience. I was in the store around 11 a.m. or a little after. Molly was helping me with a very large fax when another lady came in. I don't know her name, and I don't think it was ever mentioned, but the way she spoke to the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have to give the staff so much credit for how they handled the situation. The lady was being very disrespectful to the employee helping her, who I believe was named Megan, but Megan never once raised her voice. The manager even came up to try to help, but the customer continued to be rude. The staff apologized over and over, yet the lady just kept going. The way the staff handled everything was amazing. They remained professional, patient, and kind, even when they were being treated so poorly. I visit this location at least once a week to do returns, and sometimes even more often. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and ALWAYS helpful! The new staff they have is top-notch! Molly, Mike, Megan, Kyla, and Autumn are absolutely amazing! It doesn't matter what time of day I go in, or how busy the store is. I have been there when the line is out the door, and the staff is still friendly and always has a smile on their faces. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted! The staff can be all the way in the middle of the store, and they will still acknowledge you and welcome you as soon as you come in. I can be having the worst day, but by the time I walk out of that store, I have a smile on my face. The staff is so friendly that they can completely change your mood for the better! That kind of kindness and customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I really wanted to share this because the employees deserve to know that people notice and appreciate the way they treat their customers. Even when someone is being rude to them, they continue to show patience, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you, Molly, Mike, Megan, Kyla, and Autumn, for being so amazing! Y'all are doing a fantastic job, and you deserve all the recognition for it. Keep being the wonderful people you are! You make a difference, even in ways you may not realize.

Today I visited The UPS Store in Groveland, Florida, to finally take care of a few Amazon returns that had been sitting around much longer than I’d like to admit! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was friendly, kind, and professional, but I especially wanted to recognize Ruby. I work in customer service myself, so I understand just how much kindness, patience, and attention to detail matter. I was a little unsure how to make an adjustment to one of my returns through the Amazon app, and Ruby patiently walked me through the entire process. She made everything feel easy and never once made me feel rushed or judged. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for—and that is where exceptional customer service really makes a difference. Ruby is truly a gem! I hope this review makes its way to her so she knows how much I appreciated her, but even more importantly, I hope it reaches the leadership team who may not always get to see these everyday interactions that deserve recognition. Employees like Ruby are incredibly valuable, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you for hiring team members who genuinely care about the customers they serve!

Reggie at the UPS drop off location on 8877 N. 107th Ave. Suite 302 is super. He is always very helpful and very nice.

Smooth and finest kind.

I visited the UPS store #4707 in Canton, MI as I needed a copy of my drop off package receipt from a couple of weeks earlier. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Jeff. I explained my issue to Jeff and he searched his computer, page by page until he found the information that I needed. There was another customer waiting and I felt bad about holding this customer up but they were very kind and understanding as well. This employee went above and beyond to find my tracking number to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. My thanks to him for his professionalism, patience and kindness.

We have a new UPS store location that is now my go to!! The staff at the Franklin, NJ store are so friendly and helpful. The last time I went in for an Amazon return, I was helped immediately and done in a flash, although we all paused to dance to the song YMCA that they had on in the store.
