I want to talk about my two experiences two years apart. I have only gone to In-N-Out Burger two times since I moved to California. Being from Texas, @Whataburger is the crowning glory of fast-food burgers for me. Each time I have gone, two things have been consistent, and I truly appreciate that. One: excellent customer service. The locations in Pleasanton and Brentwood/Antioch are terrific. Though they are busy and are trying to fill other orders, they always greet you with a smile. Repeat your order to you and kindly ask if you want any add-ons. I went yesterday in the latter part of dusk and ordered a @2 with a strawberry shake. The young lady whose name starts with a "G" was so kind and friendly and was patient as my sister was still deciding on what she wanted. When they called our number, the young lady brought our shakes to our table, then ran back to bring the animal sauce that hadn't come with the order. This was truly great service. I want to thank the management for hiring really great, respectful, patient-centered young adults to work for your business. I will be coming back again.

First time at In-N-Out went to the Henderson restaurant solid service and food will go again at some point!

Amazing Burger and the animalistic fries with the caramelized onions to die for, yet the smile and friendliness of their staff is so refreshing... yes, people line up good for such piece of Burger heaven, but it is worth it! PLEASE come to Tampa bay.

The only burger chain I will eat at. All of their meat is locally sourced and their fries are potatoes a minute before you eat them. It's the best
