I visited the location on sports arena blvd in point Loma San Diego, known for high volume esp drive thru where the lines go out onto the street. Bc of this walk in patrons are given second priority to drive thru. I'm a frequent customer and know the get down all too well so first waited in the long line to order then got my receipt with call number and proceeded to wait with a few dozen other hungry customers in the lobby, however since it was 11pm one of the busiest times i decided to wait in my car and feel asleep. Over an hour passed and i went to collect my dinner and they said they had already tossed it. I said what?! And they answered well yes we see you here all the time, what kind of response is that? Then ur well aware i come here all the time and I've never abandoned a meal! They refused to make another one so now I'm going to have 2 deal with customer service. I was livid as anyone else would be. Shame in you in and out! Your food isn't that good!

I'm really disappointed with my experience at In N out. I purchased a combo and with in less than 3 minutes of getting home, the food was completely cold. The fries were hard and tasted like cardboard and the milkshake was already melted. For sure this will be my last time there

Long lines for a mediocre to dull burger. After arriving to the west coast from the east I couldn't believe the lines people were waiting in to get a hamburger. So it was not one but two but three tries trying see what the hopplah is over the chain and I still don’t get it. The Whopper from Burger King or the bacon guacamole from Carl's Jr. are much better burgers and no lines.

Looks as though the burgers are getting smaller slowly but surely. The location in Parker Colorado seems to have a quality issue so not sure if just there or more than likely all In and Outs. There was so much non chewable fat and Grissel in the burger it became disgusting to eat.

I've been deceived for many years by In N Out Burger ! Led to believe they use healthy beef raised at their own facility.... Without 'additives' as they say. The truth is, In N Out has been deceiving the public. Their beef comes from HARRIS RANCH, where the cows are treated with cancer causing chemicals in the form of antibiotics, hormones & steroids. These cows are treated with abuse on a minutely basis , and living in their own excrement/ feces, because they are crammed into cages. They are called Frankencows and this facility is nicknamed Cowsowitz. The fries are cooked with Cottonseed Oil, which is toxic & not approved for human consumption. The buns are GMO containing the cancer causing chemicals Glyphosate . The Vanilla Shake contains Vanillin, a chemical preservative & the signature sauce is chemicals corn syrup causing diabetes ,etc. In N Out is the ONLY fast food joint that failed to divulge it's food sources & ingredients, using phrases like All Natural Beef & Fresh Ingredients. My health can't afford to eat at this place ever again. Spread the word !!!

If you like under-cooked burgers then this is the place to be. Otherwise, George Burgers in San Marcos CA are much better. Or, better yet, go to a Taco Shop such as Roberto's or Xxx-berto's in San Diego County.

This is by far the worse In-N-Out I have ever eaten at, and I should know, I'm from Cali and grew up on INO! I have never in life had a bad INO burger, this was a 1st! HOW DO YOU MESS UP AN INO BURGER??? =( I will never eat at this location again, disgusting!
