I first had a good opinion of dignity health however, my opinion got worse as time went on I had insurance which I was paying $400 a month For , which I was told was no good dignity health is horrible in terms of bedside manner and the way they treat patients as is UC Davis medical center of Sacramento CA , due to the cost and expense it is better and less expensive to die at home alone .

Woooow the workers at dignity health are very unprofessional not caring for the our client and laughing at us? And not caring for him very rude ? The females at dignity health don't care for people they laugh at you

The doctor I used at Barrows, Dr. Fullam was very good but the administration is from hell. Not one person could get anything correct even when you try to pay your bill. Pitiful is the best way I can explain it and not one person in the organization cares to make any changes. If you use them plan on entering hell to process your health needs. Obviously from all these bad reviews on this site they plan to never change. Go figure I guess it is just 2026 and common sense no longer prevails.

I had an excellent experience at the Bell Road and 51st Ave location everyone was very quick and professional kind and understanding they eased my pain and nausea and I was diagnosed and out the door in 2 hours Michelle was especially nice!!! I had a bad experience last time I went but I am very glad I gave them another chance!!

Look up Doctor Glove. He is a man who assaults dead babies who is somehow related to Dignity Health, and they're is covering it up. This company is disgusting. SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT THIS!! BOYCOTT DIGNITY HEALTH!! FIND DOCTOR GLOVE!!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Dignity Health and Dr. Sujnani’s office in Ventura. The entire system feels overwhelmed and poorly managed. When patients genuinely need care, no one seems available. It feels like the practice has taken on far too many patients without the ability to properly support or manage them. As a patient, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I am currently unwell and unable to get the help I need. I cannot reach my doctor, get answers to basic medical questions, or even secure an appointment — not even with another provider. It feels like once you are in their system, you are left on your own. What is the purpose of having a primary care doctor if patients cannot access them when they are sick? The lack of communication, responsiveness, and availability is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on patient care. I expected much better from Dignity Health. Patients deserve timely care, clear communication, and support, especially when they are not feeling well. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

Doctor Finch should be fired. I went to Dignity Health mesa for emergency prescription refills. He said they don't do that. I'm disabled. I lost me car this week in an accident. I needed bridge prescriptions until I get a new primary care doctor. Doctor Finch did not care. He refused me refills even though their ad reads..."Dignity Health - Arizona General Hospital Mesa - Mesa. A hospital that offers emergency medicine, imaging, surgery, wound care and more. Part of the Dignity Health network, it serves Mesa and nearby communities"- He let me pay him and then told me he couldn't help me. AVOID THIS PLACE. AVOID DR FINCH

I had to call over a year and a half to get Dignity Health to submit the bill to my insurance, only to find they submitted with the wrong billing codes and for the wrong amount. I prepaid over $2,500 which will be refunded after the claim is paid. They resubmitted with the correct billing codes but again for under the full amount, then tried to bill me for the difference. Now my issue is stuck in the adjustment department. Was told they have approved the refund but the check has not come in over 10 days. Just called again and they are asking me to wait more time after 2 years. Dignity needs to get there billing department in order.
