It would be zero if I could grade them a zero. The dermatology dept. lies, never follows through on anything. Goes back and changes charts to cover mistakes. And states they contacted patients and charts it, even though they never did. This dept is waiting to be sued. I know. I am a 30 year ER nurse.

I have a call with one guy he kept repete if I understand English in the time that his accent isn't that clear to understand what he's trying to say.

I went to the dr on the 1st of October she ordered some test STAT. so I got them done the same day and one the next day.. ive called back twice to ask about the results and I got nothing back as of yet. Not return call NOTHING. I gave a good review that same day..now I am very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend them in the futer..in office they seem to be on top of things..but you pay your bill and leave and thats it..they move on to the next person and forget about you completely..not follow up..its better to go to ER. Its been a week now and still no return calls from my dr..so much for her following up on her patient and stat orders..

Their advertising of complete cancer care is a lie. They did surgand chemotherapy in a timely manner but there was no support care for side effects, nutrition or physical therapy. I was very fortunate that my side effects were minimal compared to many patients but the gastro issues did significantly effects my quality of life. 8 doctors/NPs and nobody cared. After a year of searching the internet I finally found some things that help. No physical therapy or nutrition counseling. Just monitoring for recurrance. Like others have said, the billing sucks. The portal has never worked.

The billing department is horrible!! They send you statements without info on ,them just amounts you owe, If you want an itemized bill you have to request it, wait for a request form, sign and return it ,wait for the itemized bill and then you can pay. Too many steps and time wasted!!! All that I want is an itemized bill with the Dr.s name and the procedure I’m paying for on it. Common Sense!!!!!!

I drove over an hour each direction to get to my appointment in Santa Maria with Dr Kim at dignity health surgery centers. When I arrived they told me that they had canceled my appointment and had tried to get in touch with me. I showed them my missed calls and I have had zero missed calls from that office. I was completely amazed at the apathy of the office staff and the doctor himself. This is my third appointment with dignity health three other times they have canceled on me. The first appointment I had with Dr Kim he had to leave in the middle of my appointment to run across the street to the hospital for something. The man seems like he's in a complete rush constantly. I don't want a surgeon who's in a hurry. Completely wasted my time, wasted my money and my effort on getting my wrist fixed. Thanks for nothing dignity health! and thanks for nothing Dr Han Soo Kim! Your unprofessionalism is outstanding

GO TO ADVENTIST HEALTH IF YOU CAN! I would give a zero if it were possible for Dignity Health. I had my gallbladder out at St Joseph's Hospital in Stockton California 2 years ago. I spent most of the week in a hallway then finally went to a room with closets stuffed with tables and things plus various items taking up space, so it wasn't really much of a room except for the bed. Currently my primary care physician has faxed an URGENT referral TWICE to Dr Mahli's office on Harding Way in Stockton California for possible colon cancer. I've been calling for 11 days trying to get them to process this referral so I can make an appointment. They state that an urgent referral is taken care of within 72 hours. Not true at all. Today I left a message to contact me tomorrow or I'll be looking for another doctor. Or maybe I'll just give up and die. If this is the first step in my bottle against cancer, it's already a fail. I can't take the stress of calling every day and getting nowhere when my life is on the line. I have no confidence in this doctor at all, or Dignity Health. I would never use Dignity Health unless forced to. It is most definitely NOT HUMAN KINDNESS!

this is for the billing department and business office that is taking care of the Northridge area. Horror to get anyone...has been over 2 months of trying to reach someone and still have not received any return calls or a live person. How in the world am I suppose to talk to someone about an error on a bill?! But they continue to send me the wrong bill! I even had my insurance company call them and my insured said she had left 3 messages to no return call.
