Amazing Customer Service! We ordered live lobsters for a party only to find out that we had to cancel the party due to our family coming down with Covid. I called and they were able to process the return immediately and were so understanding about it! Will definitely order again!

Lobster arrived fully alive and oysters were great! Lobster did have a small crack on one of its claws that hurt the meat while cooking, but the other parts were perfect. I will 100% be ordering again.

Excellent service even though the UPS team in my area dropped the ball and failed to deliver! I found the prices very reasonable, website super easy, and the telephone support people very friendly, helpful and extremely responsive! Even though we didn't get to enjoy our live lobster order for New Year's Eve because of the inexcusable failure of the Denver area UPS team, I will definitely use Lobsters Online for my next order! My refund was processed very promptly and without any hesitation or hassle at all! Great job and keep up the good work!

I'm from MA living in Texas now. Lobster is one of my favorites. I grew up going to the Lobster Trap. The quality of service is unmatched. Problems will happen. What matters most is how they are addressed. Our original order HD a problem but these guys made it right. We were able to redo our NY's eve dinner and it was wonderful. Thank you so much Lobsters-online. You have a customer for life.

I gave lobster trap 5 stars because, the lobsters arrived on requested date, still alive, well packed, and tasty, included were instructions to properly cook the lobsters. A job well done.
