I had an issue with my order and customer service responded timely. They are very professional! My advice: do not wave the shipping insurance. You never know what issues may arise (that are completely out of Lobsters Online’s control).

Larry was delivered on time and live on 1/31 and survived the next 24 hrs to be sacrificed for my wife’s birthday. He was delicious. I will continue to buy my live lobsters from this company and can recommend you do so as well

I ordered the 6 lobster dinner and added 4 lobsters more for our family party gathering of 10. The lobsters, oysters, bacon wrapped scallops...everything was not only fresh and sweet but our conversation was about the food being so good. Coming from the North East I was brought up on this. Being in AZ now this sent me past the moon in love ❤️. Packaged nice and clean..the oysters and scallops were the best mouth experienced Unbelievable!! Thank you many times for the best party 🥳!!

Our lobsters did not arrive on Christmas Eve due to the blizzard up north. They reached out to us on the 26th and I called them on the 27th. They were very pleasant to work with and took care of all of my questions and needs. I could not ask for a better company to have had.
