I have never ordered a lobster of any kind online before and I have to tell you it was quite a treat! It was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait for the biggest lobster to come in. The six pounder was great but I want a bigger one! Put me on the list !

I will be back !!!! The seafood was super clean and fresh. I was treated like a large corporate client for a $350.00 purchase. My delivery time was changed perfectly. Packaging was spot on. The Lobsters were a little light from water loss which is expected. I just have nothing bad I can say or even come up with.!!! Prices were where I thought they should be based on our local prices. Much better than any other on-line Lobster. Shipping price for that size and weight and packing for overnight was very very fair. Thanks for everything!

Excellent customer service. Excellent lobsters, delivered on time, as promised. A company that does what they say they’re going to do. Can’t ask for anything better than that! Thank you!

UPS should have been on time to deliver our lobsters, but they were two days late. We emailed customer service, and without any questions, they immediately refunded my card for the total purchase amount.

The lobsters were delivered on time, actually a little earlier than expected by a few hours. They were fresh and delicious. The sizes were exactly as expected. I ordered on a Thursday for Friday delivery and the process was easy and accurate. I tried competitors and most wouldn't commit to shipping for Friday unless I ordered on Wednesday prior.
