Jennifer was so gracious and kind. I ordered lobsters and at the last minute I realized it was for the wrong delivery date. She jumped on it to reschedule it for me. Everything arrived as promised and I appreciate the extra help. Love you guys and the lobsters never disappoint!

I made an error when entering our payment cards billing address, but I able to correct it at the last minute by calling the toll free number. I spoke to Jenifer, everything got straightened out and I have our lobster in front of me as I type. I ordered originally online, but after contacting Jenifer directly I think I'll call them directly next time. Nice folks to deal with.

Lobsters made it all the way to Mississippi still alive in the heat of the summer and were some of the tastiest we’ve cooked!

Excellent customer service. UPS did not deliver (now they use Fed X) and lobsters arrived less than alive. Lobster online handled this as well as any business could. They did such a good job, I can’t wait to place a new order.

I ordered 2.5 lb lobsters a week ahead of when I scheduled and they arrived on time. We put the box in the refrigerator overnight and cooked them the day after the delivery. We steamed them according to the directions that cane in the box- they were absolutely delicious! We served with salted butter and couldn't be happier!
