Less than ideal customer service from Miss Jennifer Martin. Order processing was delayed and when questioned about it, Miss Martin‘s response was you have two options one is to take the delayed delivery or cancel, since it was a preplanned dinner I had to succumb to her rudeness. I would like to edit my post sent March 17. After posting, Lobster Online’s general manager immediately contacted me to rectify the problem. I sent my complaint to the wrong email address so they were never notified. Thank you Lance, for correcting my order. We will continue to order and enjoy the fresh seafood from Lobster Online

Once the product has left our facility, we trust our shipping partner UPS will deliver as scheduled but that did not happen with your order. I ordered 18oz of clam chowder and 2 lobsters that were guaranteed to be 1.5lbs or heavier. The 2 lobsters I received weighed 1.03 and 1.07 lbs. I received the lobsters at 7:40PM Friday night by 7:30 the next morning one was dead. I documented the low weight with photos and emailed the company. I never heard back - I called and after 30 minutes of arguing and every excuse in the book including telling me I should have cooked and eaten the dead lobster (their web site say explicitly NOT to do this) they refunded me $25. So I paid $79 for a bowl of chowder and one tiny lobster. Never again! Worst experience with an online food supplier - terrible customer service.

I have been sending lobsters as a Christmas present to my brother and his family, for fifteen years, never had a problem, until now! The lobsters were never delivered! Tried to contact customer service ZERO, response. No follow up by them at all, but I did receive this request to review my order three weeks before my order was even shipped. Christmas tradition ruined. Do better.
