Even though there was a FedEx hold up our lobsters made it in time, and in good shape. They were delicious!!

From the very first call until the time I placed my order, I have had a most excellent time in receiving their good counsel and recommendations about what they have, that will fit my bill founded from my tummy's mood for some awesome seafood! lol They have made my lobster splurge for my 69th birthday, (that I have to spend alone because of a tragic accident that happened to my wife, where, after a fall, she broke her pelvis in three places and has been in the hospital ever since, until this last Saturday, where she was released to our daughter's care to heal since she has learned to walk again before being released, whom she came to visit (and her family) over a month ago. Anyways, she has now been able to sent a goal for when she can board a plane and fly back home to her husband (me). I say this to you, not for your sympathy but, only so you can fully appreciate just how much this special lobster meal has meant to me in celebrating this special birthday of life. Oh yeah, you guys, don't forget to add some fabulous "claim chowder soup" that they home make there and is sooooooo scrumdiddlyumptious! They recommended this to me and I just couldn't keep from taking advantage of this special invitation they gave me. It truly completed the package deal and made my order, complete! I give to you my friends, brothers and sisters of the world, a full thumbs up for their products and loving service plus a great outcome, which they have blessed me with. Unfortunately, we began cooking the minute we received our lobster so we did not see your correspondence until much later. That being said; the box it was delivered in showed definite signs of abuse rather than care, was torn down the sides and was soaked. Albeit the lobster were alive, I will admit this is the first time I’ve ordered from you, so not packing the lobster in seaweed was unexpected. The lobsters were great! Thank you, Jeffrey

We are sorry to hear about the damage that your package sustained with the shipping company during transit. We are happy that your lobsters were still alive and able for you to enjoy though. We do not ship our lobsters with seaweed, we use a special paper that has been soaked in saltwater and non-toxic gel packs for all our orders. Great communications, packaging, shipping and most importantly very tasty lobster. I highly recommend Lobsters Online and will certainly use them again. I am from New England and moved south, so I do know a good lobster when I eat one.
